“Over the years, Bella Milano has been a favorite restaurant for me and my wife. We love the food, service and atmosphere. I have also done dozens of business seminars there and utilized their catering. My wife recently celebrated her birthday, and she was craving Bella Milano's Lasagna. Our visit started well as our reservation was on time and we were waited on by a friendly waitress in a timely manner. Our appetizers came out quickly also. However, there was a much longer than normal delay in our entrees coming out. The waitress did stop by to apologize for our wait twice which we appreciated, but the wait was becoming an issue. A gentleman whom we later found out was Tom the owner, stopped by to apologize and then gave us free appetizer cards, comped a portion of our bill and even included desserts. He was very friendly, but more importantly, very sincere in wanting us to leave happy. He let us know that our food would be out in a minute. We were really impressed and it felt great to be appreciated by the owner and his commitment to giving us a great dining experience. Well, Tom came back a minute later and told us "You can't make this up, but when they were taking your lasagna out of the oven it fell on the floor". I can only imagine what was going through his mind as he came back to tell us this news! He said it would take 20+ minutes for another, which really didn't sit well with us at this point. The worst part was that was what my wife really wanted for her birthday dinner. Tom immediately asked my wife if there was anything else he could make for her quickly and at no cost to us, but that he would make a new lasagna for her to take home as well. I simply can't say how impressed we were with Tom's dedication and sincerity to turn a potentially very negative experience into a positive one. There are a lot of restaurants we can go to, and thanks to Tom's efforts, Bella Milano will remain one of our favorites! If you want to go to a restaurant where you know your business is actually appreciated, think Bella Milano's!“

“I love this place! It off such a large variety of items, it never gwwets mundane. The fries stay hot, even after the journey home is complete. The traditional gyro is my favorite. But the Philly cheese, burgers, Greek salads, and chicken pitas are also awesome! Ya gotta' go!“

“The service today started slow and disturbing. I let my wife off when I parked the car at 11:50 A.M. and she went in to get on list, if applicable. My wife was told the back-room area was full because of a funeral lunch assembly. We waited almost 40 minutes with no one coming back to waiting area. I walked back and asked the bar lady why we hadn't been seated yet. She said just a minute and got menus and asked booth or table? My wife said booth, she (Sam) took us to a booth and set us down. The original older lady asked what are you doing and what was our names. My wife said you never asked me my name 40 minutes ago. Then the waitress (Honesty) came to our table and got our drink order and brought it back and took our food order. Honesty brought our salad and soup and shortly after brought our meals. We ordered my wife's desert to go, and I paid the TICKET 1 and left. We were there Monday night with a group of eleven and treated great and politely by Mellisa and Glendon setup man and waitress. “Warm, historic, and casual atmosphere with great service and excellent food. Had their California Chicken Wrap and tomato bisque soup for lunch and it was exceptional and priced fairly. I asked for a side of Caesar dressing to spice it up a bit, and it took it from a 9 to a 10+ in flavor. Our waitress Raven was very attentive and helpful. Ready to go back!“

“I always order online. I've been getting the Pretty Pizza for the entire 5/6 years I've lived here. maybe in the past year, I've intermittently ordered a 1/2 PP and 1/2 BBQ. Somehow my order didn't come out right today. Is the app glitchy? Staff said the second half wasn't even selected, so THEY chose cheese pizza for me. not really happy. My number was available. Couldn't someone have CALLED me before making this? I'm taking a break from your establishment.“

I mean “did this pizza teleport straight from the oven into my hands?” hot. The cheese was still bubbling like it was alive. The crust had that perfect crisp-but-soft situation going on. Every bite tasted like it had just been introduced to heat five seconds ago. I half expected the delivery driver to be wearing oven mitts. 10/10. Will absolutely burn my mouth again. Worth it. 🍕🔥“
