“The food is pricey. Any meal will cost you almost $20. It used to make a difference what type of food you got per the price. Not anymore a steak burger is about the same price as a regular burger. I believe people raise prices more bc of the excuse product cost more. However the staff is very friendly and they actually listen to how you ordered your food.

Yesterday I got the Nashville Hot Burrito (my favorite) and the Chiwawa (huge rice balls with your choice of protein and all the fillings like cheese, onion/vegetables, sauces etc....an explosion of your favorite flavors). Cornbeef on Rye, this time I asked for the roast beef instead and when I got to the window I told the girl I hadn’t tried the Roast beef I usually get the Rueben sandwich and that I hope I like, I’m huge Arby’s fan yata yata so! My one and only complaint is that every time I do a mobile order they don’t give me any napkins. “I would give them five stars if they offered a ranch dipping sauce for their chicken fingers. It's absolutely unbelievable to me that they only offer one sauce which is their Cane's sauce. I know many people love it but I also know that many many many people love ranch and how difficult is it for this company to at least offer one alternative sauce to dip their chicken in? This is exactly why I never go through their drive-through unless I'm headed home where I can pull my ranch dressing out of my refrigerator to dip the chicken in. If I'm not going home I don't stop there because I'm not using their sauce.“

“This place is pretty much like every other portillo's only difference is the location, I came here during the morning and ordered the big Italian beef combo with extra gravy, now in my head I thought that meant they would baptize the sandwich, but no they only added gravy inside the sandwich only so it wasn't as good as I wanted to be and it was sorta dry (which was my fault for not knowing and not asking). My girlfriend got the chicken tenders and ended up not being able to finish them, they taste almost exactly like an air fried chicken tender which isn't as good as you think that sounds nor was it bad however I did enjoy the food“
