“Excellent sandwich, been quite awhile since I visited this location, Sandwich was much smaller than the ones from the past, used to have to hold it with 2 hands, upsize on price but downsize on bread. Smaller bread smaller amount of ingredients.“

After posting my review, the owner privately reached out to discuss the experiences I was having. He even offered to make things right.

Before I accepted, I had to try another experience to see if my concerns were actually addressed.
Happy to report, I’ve been back a couple of times since and the folks in the drive thru are READING the tickets and got drinks unprompted.

ENZO’S DOESN’T CARE

I frequent Enzo’s 1-2 times per week and order online for pick up every single time.

Every time I order a drink, I get to the pick up window and NO ONE has ever known we had drinks. I have to remind them every time. Even had an employee argue with me in the drive thru the last experience.

I called the restaurant after I left without my drink due to the rude employees and the ‘manager’ on duty who answered the phone said I ‘should’ve banged on the window until someone gave you your drink’

No apology, no listening to me explaining the situation…cut me off and was rude. Great management.

To further that, I had also left feedback on their website, via some AI chatbot tool…I left all of my information….no one ever responded to me or reached out. They don’t care about negative feedback unless it’s in a Google review.

The food at Enzos’s is quality, but the staff and attention to detail is worse than McDonald’s. When Enzo’s first opened, they rivaled Chic-Fil-A. Now they don’t seem to care.“

“Stopped through the drive through today 3/26 the young girl named Katie was out taking orders. she was awesome and helpful. Had a big smile on her face and led me in the right direction on a food choice. I’ve never tried the Mac and cheese and it was a 10/10. Thank you Katie“

“1st was, I got to pull forward out the drive thru to make me think your cooking 2 fish sandwiches fresh. nope. 3 min drive home and cold. 2nd, I recommend you come in and see the two inch height advantage the TV version has on the one you sell other places. I call those fish a stamped fish Patty like McDonald's has but 1.25oz bigger. but I'm good lesson learned, try the day crew next. still love the meats!“

“I am obsessed with the cheese curds here, and the Concrete Mixers are easily the best dessert in town. I love that you can customize the mixers with so many different mix-ins. This location is always spot on with the orders and the service is incredibly fast. I’ll keep coming back again and again!“

“I love Culver's Concrete Mixers especially the Heath Bat mixer. I received a free coupon for Culver's Cheese Curds. Thought would try them. Honestly there's nothing to wright home about. I love cheese curds but these are not so great personally I wouldn't bother unless you're willing to dip them in a lot a lot of sauce.“

“Friendly and attentive service and some of the best burgers around! The restaurant was clean and very nice. Large menu with customizable burger options. The special, the birria burger, was amazing! So much flavor! The fries were perfect and the chicken tenders looked like they had a flakey breading. Best of all- they offered gluten free buns! You can also get burgers lettuce wrapped. The shakes looked amazing and we will definitely be back to try those. Can’t wait to come again!“

“It was always a good sandwich shop. I started eating there in the 80's on University Ave. Then it moved to 100th ST. Des Moines, Iowa.
Then also ate in Iowa City in the 90's when out of town working after the floods. I have always had good food. But have not ate at Hungry Hobo for many year's 😕.“

“I go to this specific Taco Bell as it is the one who gets the order correct the most. It used to be super fast, too, but I think they stopped keeping plenty of people on staff. I usually end up with the same crew who are constantly rushing trying to make everything and get it all out to customers. They always apologize for it being slower and are super nice even with being grossly understaffed and overwhelmed. The one time they forgot something, I mentioned it and they quickly remedied the situation. The food is always good. So far my favorite Taco Bell to go to.“

“Food was very tasty! Full range of condiments available with options for single or double burgers. Also milkshakes are available. Fries are hand cut style, fresh, and premium.
Price was slightly high end for this fare but not unreasonable in today's cost climate.
Service was pleasant, staff offered good explanations of offerings and recommendations.
