Do not sleep on the chicken wing easily the best I’ve had in ages. The server promised me I wouldn't need hot sauce because of the seasoning, and she wasn't lying. Absolutely delicious.“

Our area is plagued by bad to mid at best Chinese food, and Moy Yuen is a shining star (5 stars!). Everything we order is always delish and cooked quickly. The phone order is efficient with no delays. Try orange chicken, general chicken, lo mein, Mongolian beef, and Singapore noodles. And don’t forget the egg roll. The place is no frills but consistently great above average Chinese food in the Western Suburbs.

We ordered KUNG BAO DELIGHT, and it was very tasty, and the portion was very large.
We also ordered COMBINATION FRIED RICE, and it tasted great, but I asked to make spicy, and they didn't prepare it properly.
We also ordered EGG ROLLS, and they were delicious and a good size, but the CRAB RAGOONS were good, but a little over-fried.

“We recently visited for my bday on 5/31. The decor is beautiful and the service was stellar! Everyone was attentive and friendly. Our hibachi chef was amazing. He was extremely entertaining and super accommodating. He made our hibachi dinner experience the best we have ever had. The food was perfect and great portion sizes. My son even ordered Spider rolls and said they were amazing! My two teens and 1yr old enjoyed it immensely! Thank you all for the great celebration. We will be back for sure!!! “This is my Moms go to place for her Chinese food n delivery to Sr.Suites of Midway..I've tried it many times w/ my mom.. So I decided that's where I wanted to go. Never judge a book by its cover.. The lady was super sweet n helpful,helping me with my order..with my total order was 25.00 nothing compared to my other places..I was really happy that she recommended I try Veggie Egg Foo Yung,boy was I satisfied. Customer service,is one of these most hardest jobs you can never satisfy everybody.. We all have a bad day,you don't know whether that person's order was egg rolls or Rangoon in 15 mins.. “okay I am looking at the other reviews and the only thing that is a lie is large portions! there is no large portion! this is probably the smallest lunch special that cost close to $15 that I've ever had at any Chinese restaurant ever. you can go to a buffet and get all you can eat for $15. definitely a sample plate or portion for a child. “This was my first time trying this place, and it did not disappoint! I ordered the dinner special with general tso’s chicken, and it was amazing!! I’m usually picky with chicken but this one was made so well, and the fried rice was perfect. I requested no egg in the fried rice and a vegetable egg roll, and they were so kind and considerate to not only honor my requests but label them too!! I was worried about this because not every place is careful enough, and it can ruin your whole meal when not done right but this place did. The food was delicious, piping hot (even though my DoorDash driver had to make multiple stops before mine!), and an amazing value for the amount of food you get. The Thai iced tea was the cherry on top! 10/10 thank you for a perfect comfort meal after a long day“

From the sushi to the entree’s, sides, incredible miso soup, and smoothies, Runa Izakaya wins my heart and my stomach over every time! We get the chicken chop suey, combo lo mein, mushroom or ham egg foo young. The egg rolls are good and the wonton soup is a fave when I'm sick!
I think the prices are solid given the portion sizes. Definitely give this place a try if you're thinkin about it !“

“We were on our way home from a Labor Day road trip and looking for something to carry out for dinner. We were passing through the neighborhood and had read some decent, if not exactly glowing, reviews for this place, so we decided to give it a try.

Parking was easy—we found a spot right in front—and there was a steady trickle of people going in. The dining room isn’t currently open, but there’s a takeout window. We ordered the ribs, shrimp fried rice and egg roll combo, along with beef with broccoli and another egg roll.

The phone was ringing, another customer came in, and things seemed pretty busy. We were told to come back in about 20 minutes. While we waited, we walked over to the nearby supermercado/carniceria/taqueria and grabbed some tacos too. When we returned, there were several more customers waiting, along with a delivery driver picking up an order. It ended up taking a little longer than 20 minutes, but we didn’t mind. The place was clearly busy, which I always take as a good sign.

As for the food, it was only average. Nothing was bad, but nothing really stood out either. That said, we were perfectly okay with it. It’s surprisingly hard to find reasonably priced, no-frills Chinese takeout in Chicago, and sometimes that’s exactly what you’re looking for.

Dumplings and won ton are hand made and the crab rangoon will have you ordering extra!“

The owner ran outside to my van to see my kids and my husband because she remembers us as 19/20 year olds dating.
