“We were here on mother's day, I called the same morning for a reservation for 14 people and they were great on accommodation us since we were a large group and it was last minute. Unfortunately its not big for large groups and we had to sit in 2 groups, which was a little disappointing. I will say that the service was great, our waitress was on point and tool really good care of us. Food was good, scrambled eggs were a little runny for my taste but overall good food and flavors. It was my first time here but would go back as a small group at most 6.“

“I’m so sorry i forget our servers name but she was so sweet and attentive and you could tell she really cares about the restaurant. We got the carnitas skillet and the chile rellano omelette and both were some of the best breakfasts I’ve had in the city. The carnitas were perfect and the omelette was fluffy and the sauce with the omelette was my FAV. when we left my partner said “this is our new breakfast spot” and I can’t wait to try lunch!“

“I have been in this restaurant for more than 4 times. I highly recommend it. There are a lot of parking. Once you come in; you are greeted with a warm greeting and and enthusiastic smule by the host or owner. The servers are very accommodating , friendly and helpful. They check on their customers for whatever they need until your meal is done. The busboys are hardworking and any requests will be granted right away. The food/dishes are cooked just the way you requests. Their steaks and eggs are up to par. The prices are decently priced. For what they serve you, good amounts of food. Well worth it. Freshness and presentations of foods are stupendous! Never did I have any complaints the way the place is ran. Very clean. Wide open. Eventhough i live far. I kept going back and i know when i leave, my tummy is full, content and some take home left overs. Check their menu. Check the big breakfast meal. You can't go wrong with their reasonable prices. “I was a steady customer but will not be returning to this establishment again. Today I asked to sit in a booth and James, the owner said "We're too busy to sit one person in a "big" booth. (I was the only one waiting for a table.) So the waitress wanted me to sit at a table. The "big" booth seats 4. The table they wanted me to sit at also seats 4. The only difference is the booth doesn't hurt my back like the hard chairs do. I'm dying of cancer, which James is aware of, I have enough pain I don't need any more by sitting on hard chairs. Well he won't have to worry about being so "busy" to let someone have some comfort he's got one less patron. I'm done with this place.“

“This small, friendly neighborhood spot has amazing food. You might not even notice City Bear Cafe driving by, but if you are looking for a delicious meal in a down to earth, comfortable environment, check it out! The homemade salsa and breakfast potatoes are excellent. I had the breakfast burrito and loved it. My son had the nutella waffle, which had tons of fruit and whipped cream. Everything was great. We will come back soon.“

“Food is all homemade ... chilliques are so good with red sauce To die for... The burgers are HUGe.... so delicious.... the fries are like no others and I personally never order fries. So they have to be good.... I did substitute the salad for the fries and was blown away how tasty it was... I mean I'm talking salad right!! “I tried this place on a Thursday morning and it was fairly busy for a weekday. Wanted to try one of the skillets so opted for the pulled pork, yuca and eggs along with a ginger latte. Excellent food! The atmosphere is very friendly as 3 tables adjacent all struck up conversations together and everyone stayed an hour talking after we had all finished eating. What a pleasant neighborhood find.“

“We stumbled upon Flying Saucer while visiting Chicago and are glad we did. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is fun with nice indoor and outdoor seating options. The staff were friendly, helpful and on top of it. This is the type of restaurant I wish I had in my neighborhood. If you’re in the area it’s a must visit.“

“I found this diner on Google maps for me and my wife to try while in the area. The staff is friendly and the service was great. My wife and I had brunch. She had the bistek skillet & my wife said it was excellent afterwards and I had a steak burrito with hash browns on the side. I took a steak burrito to go for dinner because it was excellent! Afterwards the owner came out to greet us and asked how was everything. It is a family owned business and a great atmosphere. Overall I give this place AAA+ Will be back when in the area.“

“Had the wonderful opportunity to enjoy breakfast at this fun little Cafe. Right off of Rand rd by Tony's Market in Arlington heights. Had the Popeye Benedict so yummy perfectly poached eggs and fresh fruit so tasty. Definitely worth atleast one visit but you'll find that won't be enough.“

The coffee was good, it came to the table in its own thermal to stay hot. I highly recommend!!“

“We have dined at First Watch in Florida and were thrilled to find that they opened a location in our neighborhood! There was a wait for tables when we arrived so we sat at the bar for brunch. Our server was so friendly and attentive. My husband had Carna Asada Queso Hash and I had the Million Dollar breakfast sandwich with egg, gouda, sausage, bacon and hot honey on a toasted English muffin. So delicious!!! They habe the most flavorful Bloody Mary's as well. The portions are huge by the way! By the time we left there was an even bigger wait for tables.
