“I have to share a great experience! My family went to The 143 Hideout this weekend. I have to say I was impressed! I even told the owner I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! I expected typical frozen bar food. No, I was wrong! A party of four adults and two kids, and not one complaint, just complete satisfaction! Oh, and full bellies! I highly recommend giving them a try!“

“It's been a year since we have been back to highland. We made it a priority to come back to the Wooden Tie and they didn't disappoint us one bit! Took a group of six around 5 pm. We were seated right away. Service was excellent even with the increase of customers. Brisket was the main item but wraps and chicken nuggets were also ordered. Awesome home made chips. The vegetable medley is a must have! Side salads are well put together. We ordered giant pretzel sticks with a really tasty cheese sauce. Many more items to try but it is a must go to place every time we come back. Great food! Great people! And not too hard on your wallet!“

“The lemon meringue pie I had yesterday rates one star. There was no crust! Just filling.8$! Give me a brake, I advise you to watch them cut it in front of you at the counter. To make sure it's all there& you get what your paying for. The apple pie was excellent as usual!“

“This was our first time to visit this quaint, charming resteraunt. We had onion rings for an appetizer; the family style meal was well prepared and well seasoned. All four of us enjoyed our entrees, salmon, fried chicken, country fried steak, and chicken and dumplings. We couldn’t resist dessert, banana and coconut cream pie, carrot cake and turtle cheese cake, all homemade! Our waitress, Bria, was delightful and made our experience all the more enjoyable. We will definitely be back soon. Next time we’re going to try out the back porch patio dining. Thanks for the wonderful experience.“

“Wow this place was really cool. It sits up and off the road. Cool looking when you walk in the door. They have the robots that serve you here. Different concept for sure. Order and pay for your food then they give you a number and bring it to your table. Food was rally good. Chicken was well seasoned and crispy. The fish was seasoned well too. Very good meal“
