“The chicken parmesan was kinda of good. I don't understand Italian cuisine in the USA. Tomato sauce with no spices and always the same taste, so I will say, it tasted like any chaine restaurant in the USA. Has for the service, well the waitress was nice, but more clients started to arrive, so she was nervous. We weren't finish and she already gave us the bill. I told her that we were not finished and that we wanted dessert. So, she came back for our desserts, but she didn't take our empty plates on the table. We add to push them in a corner to eat our desserts.“

“I went to Pizzeoli last night with a group of friends and had an amazing dining experience. We started off with the Deep Fried Chanterelles and Chili-kissed Garlic Knots - the chantrellles were delicious and came with a chili ranch sauce that I would love bottled for home use. The garlic knots were a cut above your normal pizza place fare - melted in my mouth and garlic to butter proportions were perfectly balanced. It should be noted that their drink menu is extensive (along with their pizza menu - so many great options!). I chose the Athletic Cerveza - a great Non-alcoholic beer that ranks as a personal fav. I also like that Pizzeoli had multiple NA options as a non-drinker. On to the main course - my group chose the Andy (a current special with white sauce and mushrooms), the Lumberjack Snack (pep and bacon on red sauce) and the Meatball pizza (as recommended per their chef - meatballs on white sauce!). All three were delicious and cooked to perfection - the right amount of bubbles in the perfectly thin curst. I kept trying to choose a favorite and couldn't decide - would personally recommend a white sauce pizza but the red was also awesome! The grand finale was a banana split dessert pizza and ice cream sandwiches. A hot dessert pizza with the perfect cool toppings, I'd stop in just for an after meal treat some time. The ice cream sandwiches were delectable and fun to share with the table too. The atmosphere of Pizzeoli transported me to a simpler time when going to a neighborhood pizza place meant a friendly staff, unique decorations (check out the light shades over the tables!) and quality craftsmanship. A new favorite - highly recommend!“

“Pearl is a true gem to the waitstaff at Peel. We loved her so much last night that we returned tonight for their Lenten menu. Both times she was so accommodating, especially with my 4 and 7 year old kids. From offering samples of drinks to working around food allergies without making me feel like a pariah, Pearl made both nights of our Peel experience worth coming back for! Or less than other places they sell it made and you can take it home for easier or put it in the oven. It is excellent. “I have dined in and had delivery (twice). All experiences were great. Although the first time I ordered delivery, was Saturday night after the Mardi Gras parade🤦🏼‍♀️. The food took a bit to get here but was still fantastic, and it was 100% my fault for horrible timing. The last delivery was super fast and the food, again, was outstanding. This has quickly become one of my favorite go to places. Dining in, this place is COOL. Tons of pin ball machines, the vibe is totally chill and the paint cans that were used on the murals act as the bottom rail of the bar. HIGHLY recommend“

“Impromptu date night away from the kids lead us to this place! We arrived at peak dinner time- 7:30- and shockingly there was no wait! I can’t imagine this will last for long, because the service is fabulous, and the food is delicious! We have really enjoyed the other restaurants by these guys- and Press does not disappoint! I loved the Lavender cocktail, Husb enjoyed the sweet take on the old fashioned. I also had the beet salad to start- but ate it too fast to get a photo! The smash pizzas have a delicate combination of flavors, are easy to eat and heat up the next day to continue the culinary enjoyment!“

They remade my pizza all because there was a flare-up with the crust and gave me both. “1-23-2025 @ 4:55 pm the employee with the tan beanie on actually read each line on the receipt and checked to make sure everything was there. I didn't have to ask her for the extra sauce cup that is stored separately from the hot food order!!
The only down side was the sauce cups seemed low. I would rather pay extra and have them filled at least 3/4 full. For now I'll just buy EXTRA EXTRA cups 😆“

Then they say it was changed where they will deliver to Hartford if I call. I then called to order on March 14th and was told they aren’t supposed to and the manager said they’ve been doing against the bosses wishes the whole time. Make up your minds. And the cheese is whole milk mozzarella.But the best part is the pepperoni is $10 per pound Volpi pepperoni. I would say this is the best pepperoni pizza in St. Louis.
