“One of the best Bar & Grills in Illinois. Plenty of great food, great service, and excitable crowd. If you come at the right time, you can catch a band. Lots of TVs. Lots of seating.

The only logical complaint is the noise level, which can get a bit loud at times but not overly too much.

“Pretty big bar. The inside has a few games to play but I imagine summer time is when they pick up with business. There are sand volleyball courts and a huge patio. The patio is partially covered in some areas. The best part of the patio is you can bring you dog!!“

I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! “I don’t know what going on at the Pump house but things seem to be heading south. During the last several visits the service has not been good, especially if you’re not sitting at the bar. I’m sure they don’t have enough help like everywhere else. The steak I had this evening was luke warm at best. It looked like it had been setting on the counter at the grill for quite a while before it was brought out to our table. It’s probably time to start spending our money somewhere else.“

“Hello I need to know as soon as possible who came up with pairing the au ju juice with the philly cheese steak?? Because that was the best philly I've ever had and now I can't have it any other way. Food was top tier. Fresh hot and directions followed. Bread was buttery crisp on the edges and soft. Onions and peppers sautéed perfectly and meat and juice delicious. Whoever is the cook here, please give him a raise for the 4th. He deserves it.“

“Came here after i got off work just to spend a little time relaxing and got to meet the sweetest bartender named Maria, she created exactly what i asked for and also created something when i gave her the vaguest requests, would definitely recommend her. I also did end up asking a male bartender with a tree tattoo on his arm if he could help me charge my phone and he was prompt and kind about doing so!😁 loved this Thursday night crew!“

“great customer service overall despite longer wait time. servers would apologize for one individual in kitchen which shouldn't have needed to happen. once expreseed to manager of issues going on, the morale of staff significanly improved. customers left and right began to receive food and drink upon request! the girls are aweome.“

She very quickly gave me recommendations on both food and drinks when I asked her, and her recommendations did not disappoint! My husband ordered the blackened chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. Following Michaela’s recommendation, I ordered the steak sandwich on garlic cheese bread. Even well-done, it was still tender and juicy. Our server graciously took our picture when I asked her to. I decided to have the hostess send over a manager so I could sing Michaela’s praises. The hostess immediately went to get a manager for me, and that manager came very quickly to my table. She was appreciative of us calling her over for a positive report on one of her employees. “I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. Frozen Irish coffee was so good and the hot Irish coffee strong but very good. Employees were super nice. Bathrooms super clean.
