“I don't even know where to begin. The service is always above and beyond awesome (♡ Ruby and Dahlia)! This is a family owned business (and owner and family are always there working their butts off and checking to see everyone is happy) and it is obvious that they take pride in what they serve and they really appreciate their customers. I have ordered many different dishes from the menu and everything is always delicious and hot and cooked exactly as I ordered. The margaritas are top notch. My absolute favorite is the cucumber magarita. Make sure to try their tableside guac...so good!!! Carne Asada is excellent. I hesitate to share this review because I'd love to keep this hidden gem all to myself but some things just need to be shared with the world. You're welcome!!!“

“I went here Sunday for lunch. The food and service was excellent. I had the steak and chorizo taco with rice and beans. Both tacos were filled with meat. Super good and filling. I highly recommend the apple pie. I got the dessert to go and it did not disappoint. It was the best apple pie I have ever had.“

“My granddaughter and I found Meshico when looking for a place to eat while in Chicago for a weekend. Highly recommend! The food was wonderful and the portions are large. The guacamole is the best I’ve had!! We loved it and will definitely be back the next trip to Chicago and will tell everyone to check it out when in Palos Heights!!“

“Amazing tacos! Heard the owner came from Atotonilco Taqueria, so I knew I had to try it and I’m glad I did! Carne was nice and soft, salsa spicy and flavorful, and I asked for the tortilla crispy and it was perfect! And the tacos survived an hour drive home, so I can only imagine how they would taste fresh!“

“Listen this is an amazing taco truck. I have not been a food truck fan but the pictures caught my attention. I ordered the chicken taco dinner and from the refried beans to each taco the flavors were amazing. I didn’t get a chance to try the rice because it was so much food and my husband left it out. My food looked exactly like the pictures. I was to hungry at the time to take a picture for this review but I will on my next visit. I’ll be back!“

“I can't believe I passed this place up so many times and it's only 2 mins from my house. The tacos are good especially the chicken, in my opinion. You have an option of grilled or shredded. I like the grilled chicken. I haven't tried the shredded chicken. The steak tacos are good too. My son loves the quesabirras and their horchata drink. The chicken burrito is pretty good also and full of your meat of choice. Try them out. You won't be disappointed. PLEASE DONT GET THEM CONFUSED WITH EL RANCHITO ACROSS THE STREET, IN THE STRP MALL. “Wednesday October 19, 2022 S2 City Grill & Daquiri Bar It was my fifth time there and my third time dinning in. My Server was Tookie, her customer service was excellent and on point. Mz Tookie's was very knowledgeable about the menu & the policy's of the restaurant. They get 4 stars for the atmosphere. They 4 stars for the customer service and they get 4 stars for the Food. I want to thank Mz Sue, Mz B, Mz Yea and especially Mz Tookie for making my dinning experience on the south side spectacular.“

“Trust the reviews on this one, this place is the real deal. Adorably small and quaint, they serve up delicious food cooked fresh. The staff (presumably the owners) are friendly and courteous, and grill up your order right in front of you.A new favorite, this place has become a staple of mine.“

I love this Mexican spot and I will continue to come. They don’t have liquor so if you’re coming to get drunk, I wouldn’t suggest. But for food. 10/10“

“Nice mom & pops place. the people are very nice, tacos were good 4.2/5, but my only issue was that I felt the tacos were overpriced, especially when you have to pay for the extras. Like cheese, sour cream, etc it's 50 cents per item per taco. Would I go again? Yes but only on pay day“

“Food was fresh I ordered two steak tacos, a steak quesadilla, chips and guacamole. The chips were thin and crispy I literally ate the whole page and wanted more. Guacamole was fresh and not bland at all. Tacos were juicy and steak seasoned well not too salty and it wasn’t any fat which I appreciate that. I will be ordering again before the week is out“

Parking: Small mall with probably 12 parking spots but most people are in and out currency exchange and a sandwich shop.“

“I've been here several times. The service is always friendly and quick. Secondly, the food is comparable or average to other Mexican restaurants. Lastly, I recommend getting anything with asada because it's tender. Overall, a nice little spot to grab lunch during work.

“I often order jerk 48 Beverly when I am at work. I have to control my eating though, because they give you such a large portion that if I were to eat at all, I wouldn’t be able to finish the day! My favorite is the jerk shrimp and chicken pineapple bowl. Any time I have ordered they never disappoint and my food is always on point.
