“You will not find a better Taco Bell store. The staff is amazing, the food is always hot when served, and actually looks like the pictures. The store is clean no matter what time you go in there, and the staff is always friendly yet professional. I've been to Kenosha, Racine, Burlington, and other locations in S.E. Wisconsin, none can compare to the Richmond, Illinois store. As a Packer fan, I don't like giving a win to Illinois, but on this one, this trophy goes to this store.....“

“Wheelchair accessibility: Your average restaurant door, ordering sub might be more difficult as seeing ingredients would pose a problem. Reaching soda to dispense would be difficult, as would getting drinks top of the cooler. Tables would be usable.“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I just happened to google search locations to see which location was closer to me and this store popped up as the closest to me. I will definitely be back!“

“All the employees are nice. There’s a lady that’s been working here for a while and she’s the best - always friendly and cheerful and if you have to wait on something, she always let you know right away. The food is hot and fresh and the treats just seem to taste better at this location.“

“Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

Today, I received PERFECT SERVICE by a young lady (I didn't catch her name) who wore a long brown, braided ponytail, glasses,a few tattoos on her arms , white hat and a t-shirt with the peace sing on it.

Been coming here since I was young and its still as good as I remember it- sauce with a good amount of herbs and flavor, pretty standard cheese and a chewy flavorful crust. They got rid of the lower patio, which sucks, but its still a good slice. I dont go anywhere else for pizza in McHenry. Bring cash, they have a deal for people who dont use cards.“
