“I stopped there in the drive through to get one soft taco before my grandson’s baseball game. No drink or anything else. A few days later I saw I was charged 6.52 from my checking account. I’ve tried numerous times calling and it keeps telling me that the voicemail has not been set up. I tossed my receipt in the recycling can with other paperwork from my car. Watch your receipts and make sure you are not over charged. Someone is pocketing extra money.“

“My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“What a breath of fresh air. I know running a Subway is incredibly difficult with how corporate gouges the franchised locations, but this location stands above the rest. No skimping on ingredients, great attitudes and friendly employees. This is the Subway to go to.“

“Friendly. Polite. Accurate with orders. Clean store. Quick. The Chicken Noodle soup was excellent! Chunks of chicken and carrots! The Broccoli and Cheese soup was good according to my family. Our sandwiches were flavorful, a reasonable amount of toppings, fresh bread and were delicious! I really appreciate the amount of product put on my sandwich without me having to ask. Other Subways go cheap and barely give you any food on the bread. I don’t eat at Subway as often as I would because of this. I forgot about this Subway location. I just happened to google search locations to see which location was closer to me and this store popped up as the closest to me. I will definitely be back!“

“This is 2 or 3 times now in a row they've messed my order up in the drive thru. And it's a simple order of just a blizzard with 3 or 3 toppings. Not hard at all! They can't understand simple English let alone you can't understand what the worker is saying ether. Everything else is great as always!“

“Always a delicious spot for lunch and dinner. Daily specials posted on the white board inside. Tacos never disappoint! I always get 2 tacos and some rice with a horchata. Dine in available but beware parking a little weird outside and if you're unfamiliar with unloading wheelchairs in a slight slant I would park in the side or exterior of the building of at all possible. Parking is limited and easier to pull into going north bound on rt 12. South bound you sit in the meridian until traffic dispurses. There are also signs posted for not parking at the local deli next door, just avoid the south end of the building actually.“

“The pizza was eh. They told us that we needed to call ahead for a full pizza but we were able to get slices. That was good enough and I got cheese fries too. Definitely a very good combo to go for. I definitely recommend if you are trying to get full very quick. I loved it and definitely will be going to the Glendale heights location since I live around that area“

“Harry, the sandwich artist that happened to be working tonight is the man!! This location closes at 8:30pm and I was starving and was craving a sub, but it was already 8:25. I called the store and Harry answered and I said I didn’t want to be disrespectful and show up at closing time. He said “come on in no problem!” Then he made me a beautiful sandwich! “My good friend Maureen threw a party here for her granddaughter’s 9th birthday a few weeks ago and the owner/manager Selena went above and beyond to make her day special! She set up tables and extra crowns. There was Halloween coloring sheets for the kids and she made ordering meals and getting drinks for a party of 13 easy!“

“It was quite the lunch rush, looked like they had 5+ online orders, plus a walk in with 10+ sandwiches, all different, to go. The guys behind the counter were SO kind and pleasant despite being slammed. And got me in and out with my lunch in just a few minutes. Sandwich was delicious of course.“
