Soup near Rockford

“We usually go there for the soup and salad which is excellent it's $9.99 for the weekdays the waitress name was Kayla were there a couple years ago we haven't gone there we go to the Janesville Olive Garden because of superior we had a waitress that literally took over an hour to bring our food we had my telephone and I was watching The Andy Griffith Show and we forgot about it actually I watched like for Andy Griffith shows before she came with the food and like duh both of us were like unbelievable I forgot what I ordered because a waitress that was incompetent to worry about the the customers and the manager that allowed this to happen is unbelievable what should we just stopped going no big deal there's other places to go she's very polite courteous I was great it was I was happy I was totally full it was great it was happy and iced tea the rolls and the soup which it was great I think I'm going to come back but you guys that own these restaurants or the managers you have to watch your your your your your workers I know people have off days and this and that and you're human so we make mistakes but my God over an hour to bring some I mean you don't know what's going on if you haven't brought your customers food and now it was it was an hour hour and a half the the manager was shocked and she was she was shocked the the waitress forgot to put our order in unbelievable but that's the way it goes I don't know what the problem was it's nothing personal it's business you know you go to a place you want to eat is business it's not personal“
