“This the only Dunkin that actually makes the drinks consistently correct every time! I’ve been to MANY dunkins and as I am from the city (family local). The best part after getting a perfect brew is the sweet man working. I’m not sure if he’s a manager but he is so sweet and I love seeing his smiling face every time I go! I wish I knew his name so I could give him credit.“

“I’ve been coming to this location since I moved to the neighborhood just because it’s the most convenient to me. The type of service I get is extremely different from what time of day I happen to visit. I’ve been in at 11 and received snappy service and cold and soggy food. This past week I’ve visited a few times in the late afternoon and seen the exact opposite. The two people running the store were extremely friendly and attentive, made sure they got my order right and made me delicious food. One day in particular there was a bit of a wait maybe 5 minutes or so and the young woman was very sorry for the wait and gave me a free extra donut as an apology. During the time I spent in the store I noticed them having a great time working together which reminds me of working at Dunkin with my college roommate a few years ago. It’s so nice. Morning crew needs to learn a lesson from these two. Especially about those hash browns. I hated the cold and soggy hash browns that morning crew gave me. But the nice hot and crispy ones that the young lady gave me were perfect. I will no longer accept hash browns or food from any other employee besides her. The tall man in the morning with dark hair is the most unpleasant to be around. Obviously hates his job. Needs to be fired as he is extremely rude and never smiles. The woman that’s usually with him seems way too defensive all the time. Can’t even acknowledge there was an issue with my order without her giving attitude immediately. I will only be coming in the afternoons from now on

All the staff were helpful and had items sorted and ready for us ahead of time, ready to put in our cars. “We read about Joe Doughnut Itasca and thought we would give it a try…pulled up to a Shell gas station?!? Wow we were pleasantly surprised. Can’t begin to say enough good things about this place…not gas station food, custom fresh made to your liking off their full menu. Doughnuts were great, flapjacks were outstanding. Great variety of coffee products - regular, cold brew, lattes etc. The staff were warm and friendly, making you feel at home and explaining the menu to you. “Honestly I’ve never been the type to get hot coffee instead of frappes but since I was sick, I needed to drink hot things instead of cold. But I decided to try this place out! I decided to get a red velvet donut with a hot mint hot chocolate. When I first ordered, one guy with dirty blonde hair was quick to give me service when I wanted donuts and he was kind about the fact that he only meant donuts when I tried to order drinks XD anyways the line went by pretty quickly even though I was like the 5th person in line. Anyways, the mint hot chocolate was made pretty quickly and I would say it’s like a 5 minute wait. When I tried the mint hot chocolate, it was so good. I really love mint flavored items and this one hits the spot for me and it wasn’t even tongue burning hot like how other places would make it. It was a perfectly hot temperature and it wasn’t cold either (no crap but wtv). It was awesome, if I was a rich person I would give them a 50 dollar tip. Anyways the red velvet would be a solid 8/10 because it doesn’t rlly taste like red velvet but more to a chocolate donut but it was still pretty fluffy and good so no hate. The mint hot chocolate though a 10/10. Anyways the cashier was a girl with dark girl and black glasses and she’s was very nice! As a cashier myself, I lowkey SUCK at customer service since I have a problem when it comes to my smile and stuff but this girl was very friendly and she seemed pretty cheerful to her customers! Alright it was so good that I decided to go back with my sister and she got a… I kinda forgot I think it was a croissant donut (idk how to spell but alright), and she ended up with a messy mouth ngl, she gave the donut a 8/10. The girl who served us was also pretty quick with it, I think her name was Monty? I didn’t really get a good look at her name tag but it’s wtv. But she was pretty nice but she was like LOCKED IN on her work. Anyways I appreciate her dedication to her job. First time doing a review btw, but I would definitely come back for that mint hot chocolate, I wished I had money to tip the employees 🫩✌️“

My experiences here have been the best in a long time. The inside is clean and well organized and the staff works really hard to take care of all their customers.
