“First time trying Uyghur food, it was amazing! Our server Ayana was so sweet and told us all about the menu. We tried a little of everything! My favorites were the Uyghur Laghman and pelmini. The honey cake was so good we got two slices to-go. We will definitely be coming back.“

“So I can't remember which bowl I got because this was my very first time eating here. But it had a spicy chicken and a whole bunch of vegetables and was delicious. The salad dressing was a little bit watery, so that would be the only thing that I would change. But that's pretty minuscule.“

“We always order beef and chicken shawarma because it's consistently good. Tonight , I wanted something like lamb biryani and so the staff recommended Mandi lamb versus mansaf. It's better than I expected- tender lamb meat, rice cooked just right, spices that won't overwhelm your taste buds; the soup , the spicy and white sauce complement the flavors so well . Love it! Definitely worth the trip.“

“Genius level presentation. Amazing flavors. They did it right. I felt like we were in Bodrum at Otantik Ocakbasi. Honestly best I have ever had outside of Turkey. Mashallah, owner and his Brother were so humble and kind. We live in Oak Brook and they are due to open up a spot in Lombard. May Allah grant them continued success.“

“I was craving a gyro and went in for the first time about a year ago. I've been back maybe 7 times since, and everything has been delicious and really consistent. The gyro is definitely the best around. I love the atmosphere too, you just can't replicate a truly vintage place. Paul, the owner is also so nice!“

We will definitely be going there again. 14 people in our group and all different food orders, everyone was happy with their food and everything tasted wonderful! “Local gem...where do I begin? Food is always made fresh to order. Love the gyros but the tuna melt is a close second. Unfortunately we moved to Arizona but ALWAYS drop in when we come home to visit. The staff and especially the owner always greet us with a friendly smile...gosh I miss my weekly visits here. Looking forward to my next visit in the Spring.“

“The staff was extremely friendly! That alone will get me to spend my money with you. The food was pretty tasty as well! I started eating it before getting pictures. I had the chicken shawarma wrap, gyro bowl and lemon cilantro fries. It was all good and just what I wanted! Plenty of food left over for tomorrow! Oh and make sure to get the pita bread yum!“

“Almost forgot about this when scrolling thru my photos. This past June was the first time trying this location, 2nd time overall and the previous was at the Schaumburg location.
I really like their menu here although to many it may be just another Chicago style/Greek fare restaurant. That's fine by me being I live for Chicago hotdogs, juicy burgers, Italian beef, gyros, fries, etc.
The food overall is really good here but the gyros are the bomb. We don't have any Brandy's locations up in Lake County (I live in Beach Park) but I sure wish we did!
If ever in the area again, I could definitely go for some tasty grub from Brandy's. Wish for continued boomin' business for decades to come for the owner(s).“

“Okay, this place was awesome. Not just for airport food, but just in general, the steak in my steak bowl was fresh, the guy behind the counter was super nice, and my fiancée's falafel bowl was great too! Honestly above all the good service won me over, the guy working at 1:20pm 1/16/2025 was 5 stars!“

“I love the Beef Swarma Entree when you substitute Hummus for the rice. The Cucumber and Tomato salad which comes with it is also excellent. You also get a piece of Pita Bread with the Entree. Also try their Baklava variety pack. Really great selection of different types of Baklava.“
