“Inside of the store in clean and the staff are friendly enough. They’re always busy it seems but that’s ok I’m not much of a talkative person. The bathrooms are always clean when I come here though so that’s a plus. They clean the restrooms every three hours, I asked.“

“OMGG I love this place. Best chain fried chicken BY FAR. My personal recommendation is the Hot level, as the medium is good too but the hot adds more to the flavor. Fries are surprisingly good for crinkle cut fries, and the sauce is great. The dude who took our order was GREAT - really made our day.
Vegetarian options: This place isn't gonna be great for vegetarians - it's a fried chicken place so that's really all they serve. No vergetarian meal options from what I know.“

“Huge fan of Nashville hot chicken. Of the three chains that I think of in Chicagoland (Fry the Coop, Budlong, Dave’s), Fry the Coop is far and away my go-to favorite. If you actually like hot, this one doesn’t lie. The Crazy (one step below Insanity) is enough for me. I recommend this place to everyone who loves hot food with flavor.“
