“This Subway has a nice atmosphere. I like the little section with comfy chairs to hang out. My family and I sat down and enjoyed our meal. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They chatted with us and we're polite.

Due to previous bad customer service experiences I don't eat at Subway very often and I never sit down and eat inside if I do. But I'd sit down here and enjoy a meal anytime.“

“I’m a truck driver, from St. Louis Missouri. My in-laws used to live in the area and my father in law turned me on to this place. Every single time I know I’m going to be in the area I make it a point to order. The awesome part is they deliver to the flying j and also are always very nice. I say the Italian combo is the best. We were at the location just off of I90 interstate and the young man that was working the front was so polite and we could tell he was a hard worker . “I used to be a die hard subway dan, then I wanted a more homemade fresh tasting sub and I was off to find that shop. Visiting many small sub shops to big chain shops, then I was hooked on Jimmy John's for a while till I heard people brag about Jersey Mike's and saw commercials on social media so decides to stop in at my Local Jersey Mike's, the smell was awesome, people were friendly and place was clean, got the original italin with everything on it and man you can see the freshness and quality of the products, my first bite was truly amazing and brought me back to a time back in the late 80's to this small mom and pop sub shop by my house. I found my go to sub shop and I rate Jersey Mike's better than the sub shop currently in operation.“

“We arrived near closing time. We had fast, friendly service provided by 2 young ladies who were both cleaning the customer area as we arrived. The toppings used were fresh and crisp. My only complaint was the bun, which was getting a little hard, but still very edible.“

“I came through here recently while on a working vacation with my boyfriend. I basically just went to get 2 cookies and a large diet Coke ay the soda ? fountain. The drinks are a bit on the expensive side. 2.89 for a large plus 2.00 plus for 2 white chocolate chip macadamia cookies. The clerk was nice.I also took the time to use the restroom. It was clean and had t.p. and the proper amount of soap. So, we ended up eating at a sit down resteraunt instead that evening. But, I like the fact that you can still serve yourself drinks here. But they are expensive.

“Clean store, but attendant acted rushed even though I was the only person in the store at the time. All the food was fresh.

“I work around the corner and was craving a sub sandwhich (I’m pregnant) and when I opened my a sandwhich I realize there’s no cheese. So I called the store and politely asked if I can just pick up a slice of cheese. The employee apologized for the mistake and offered to bring it to me. She came promptly and handed me a bag. They wrapped up a few slices of cheese and put a cookie inside. I only had enough money for a sub and chips so seeing the cookie really blessed me. It was one of those days and I just want you to know God saw you do that and will bless you abundantly for blessing me. So be expecting! Jesus loves you!“

“Best Subway in the area!! Staff and owners are so nice!! Always greeted with a happy smile! They go above and beyond to make sure we get what and how we want it. Always fresh and delicious! I have always been the same sandwich guy but I sure have opened up my variety here lately and so glad I did. Everything is always great!

“Yum.one of the places I like. Mostly because the healthy eats. Mix and match veggies on your sandwich to make it different and delicious every time. Like that you can watch them prepare your food right in front of you. Another plus is always clean and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of parking. You can grab n go or sit down for a nice meal. “Waited a month before coming because I saw all the negative reviews. I went in and I ordered the wicked sandwich to go. Everything about my sandwich was fantastic. The only thing I would he concerned about is time. I was the only one in there and it still took 10+ minutes to get my sandwich. Overall 8.5/10 . The wicked was fantastic.“

“When I go to a facility to order food #1 is to make sure that the worker protects the food not their hands. The workers get orientation and ServSafe for the correct procedure. My food needs to be safe to eat. From what I witness 98% of the workers that I see in the restaurant business always protect their hands instead of the food. Which is a huge violation with health departments. The Policy & procedure is before touching Ready-to-Eat food must wash hands put gloves on an extremely being careful on cross-contamination. It's a health department policy to help prevent the spread of viruses/ diseases harmful for us in many ways. Follow the correct procedure is very critical because it could actually be to something small to something fatal. As some people just the smallest bacteria or virus that's cross-contaminated could be very sensitive to their system. When I ordered here, and I seen this worker switch her gloves before preparing my food I definitely let her know how important that little stuff was for me and that she was awesome and thank you. People need to remember the correct policy procedure for preparing somebody's food. So tired of going into places and see that they have gloves on but they're touching money, phones,bags, hair face, etc. not changing gloves and then preparing my food. They know the correct policy and when you try to correct some of the workers that are preparing your food they want to get an attitude. This is a huge problem in the restaurant business that needs to be corrected instantly when seen. I definitely made a point to bring it to a higher authority to let them know that that little thing really impressed me to see that somebody cared about not spreading illnesses and all these other reviews that talk about the food make sure your food is safe so you don't get that stomach ache at the end of the day/any illness. From cross-contamination or unsanitary preparations. Thank you again and I give you all the stars for that.“

“This is one of my favorite Potbelly locations! The General manager treated us with such respect and kindness, her name tag said Keegan! I went with my grandparents that were struggling to order, she went to take our order at the table and had no problem explaining the menu to them, this was soo appreciated! I love this location and the staff are all so sweet and food was delicious!! HIGHLY recommend
