“it is always a great experience at the Roselle DQ. but I have to give a huge shoutout to their employee tonight. She was working so hard to fill the orders as fast as she possibly could! Tony check your shifts from 5/4 this evening. I think she said her name is Haley. She was an outstanding employee. I know the world is understaffed and she could have easily been frustrated at the never ending line, but she was working so hard and I just thought you deserved to know what a great job she was doing. “I am SOOOO lucky to live right across the street from this ice cream shop. It’s a bit more pricey than some places but the cost reflects the incredible quality of their premium ice creams. My faves are Peanut butter cookie dough; Coconut chip; Fat Elvis & Zanzibar (a rich dark chocolate). There’s a flavor for everyone. I think there’s like 50 different kinds. Open from mid-March to mid-October & on the last day of the season, you can buy whatever is left over. I got a whole tub one October for about $50–it lasted the whole winter! Yummmmm🥰“

“Came in early afternoon on 12/16 and was greeted by Caitlyn, who welcomed me with a big smile and let me know she was happy to help if I needed anything. I was looking to get a birthday cake for my daughter, but the size available on display was a bit too large. When I asked if there were any smaller options, she explained that she had just made one and it would be ready in about 10 minutes if I didn’t mind waiting.

She even let it freeze a little longer since it was freshly made, added the candy toppings, and kindly offered to write a small birthday message on it. The entire experience was friendly, fast, and extremely courteous.

Highly recommend this location, and I would absolutely return—especially if Caitlyn is working. Her exceptional service truly went above and beyond.“

I checked one last time on the secret menu and was excited to see the Dubai chocolate brownie! I’ve been obsessed with Dubai chocolate and was planning to make these brownies tomorrow! I was literally one minute from the store. I ordered on my app, pulled into the curbside spot, and someone brought me my order within minutes. Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Offers many variations of matcha, such as strawberry or cinnamon and vanilla matcha. There are also matcha desserts such as soft serve. The original iced matcha latte was superb, as a regular matcha drinker this is near the top for me! 🍵💚“
