“it is always a great experience at the Roselle DQ. but I have to give a huge shoutout to their employee tonight. She was working so hard to fill the orders as fast as she possibly could! Tony check your shifts from 5/4 this evening. I think she said her name is Haley. She was an outstanding employee. I know the world is understaffed and she could have easily been frustrated at the never ending line, but she was working so hard and I just thought you deserved to know what a great job she was doing. “Kurimu is such a fun spot for Japanese-style soft-serve ice cream with creative and unique flavors! Their soft-serve is creamy, delicious, and definitely the highlight of the menu.

The staff are friendly and the service is really good, which makes the experience even better. We also tried their bubble teas, just a heads-up, they’re more subtly sweet compared to the usual bubble teas, so if you’re looking for something super sweet, this might not be the place for that.

“THE cutest little ice cream shop! Been to the Wheaton and the St. Charles location. Homemade ice cream with top tier ingredients. The consistency is almost like fudge. Rich, creamy, smooth. It’s a real treat to find ice cream that’s NOT oil based in 2025. The Mexican hot chocolate is one of my favs but the other flavors I’ve tried were just as delicious.“

“I think there was only one person working when I went and he worked really hard to get my order correct and make my food quickly all by himself while there were others in line behind me. But even with the line, he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and offered separate bags, a spoon, and napkins.“

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. He made sure we got what we were looking for and shared the recipes so the recipients would know what to ask for next time. The two blizzards were delivered, and the kids LOVED them. Thanks so much! “They are by far the best dq in the suburbs. They are not stingy with toppings. Sure the price reflects that sometimes but will you rather pay $8 for a blizzard with 2 Oreo cookies in it or $10 for one with 8 Oreos in it? I love the Oreo blizzard and Reese’s. Though no fault of their own…I wish the Reese’s had less choco chunks and more peanut butter stuff ❤️. Regardless i appreciate them and always thank them!“

Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food.
