Tony check your shifts from 5/4 this evening. I think she said her name is Haley. She was an outstanding employee. I know the world is understaffed and she could have easily been frustrated at the never ending line, but she was working so hard and I just thought you deserved to know what a great job she was doing. The staff are friendly and the service is really good, which makes the experience even better. We also tried their bubble teas, just a heads-up, they’re more subtly sweet compared to the usual bubble teas, so if you’re looking for something super sweet, this might not be the place for that.

“I think there was only one person working when I went and he worked really hard to get my order correct and make my food quickly all by himself while there were others in line behind me. But even with the line, he took the time to make sure I had everything I needed and offered separate bags, a spoon, and napkins.“

We were picking up a few blizzards, and two of them were off menu requests (older/retired recipes). The manager (owner?), Rerish, took great care of us and gave us very good recommendations. I got the dirt and worms with a few of my friends and we enjoyed our time here. The staff members are extremely kind and efficient workers. “They are by far the best dq in the suburbs. They are not stingy with toppings. Sure the price reflects that sometimes but will you rather pay $8 for a blizzard with 2 Oreo cookies in it or $10 for one with 8 Oreos in it? I love the Oreo blizzard and Reese’s. Though no fault of their own…I wish the Reese’s had less choco chunks and more peanut butter stuff ❤️. Regardless i appreciate them and always thank them!“

Wearing the same pair of gloves the entire time. I made a comment that she should probably switch gloves if she is going to touch her personal phone and then peoples food. Just wanted to be sure it doesn’t happen again. That’s gross.“
