“Great cheesesteak. A nice change from the usual gyro, hotdog, or burger and open late for another option besides Portillos in the area. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the mood for a change like I was!! Would only recommend takeout though…inside is nice but the whole place smells like diesel fuel because of the fuel tanks under ground in the gas station lots surrounding Charley’s….only disappointing take away. I’d get a headache eating inside for sure.

Parking: Only a few spots so take out is a better option.“

“I’ve been eager to try Mortadeli since it first opened, and after hearing so many rave reviews, I finally had the chance to stop by for lunch yesterday. Let me tell you, everything everyone says about this place is spot on! First off, the food is absolutely delicious. Everything on the menu is so tempting, it was hard to choose, but I went with the meatball sub and pasta salad. As someone whose grandmother made the best meatball sandwiches, my expectations were high – but Mortadeli’s version did not disappoint! It was fantastic. The pasta salad was also amazing, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere at Mortadeli is incredibly inviting – it strikes the perfect balance between classy and cozy. The staff are very friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about making your experience special. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and quick delivery of our food. One of the owners even took the time to chat with us a bit. Another pleasant surprise was the parking – I had my doubts at first, but we found a spot just around the corner with no problem at all. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be back. Mortadeli is a must-visit!“

“I work for ALDI corporate, and we've had Rammys cater our team building event in Elk Grove for three years now. Their subs are AMAZING, they are a breeze to work with and so friendly. My group loves the subs, the bread is fresh and don't get me started on the turtle brownies. On a personal note, the tuna sub is superb. Im very picky about tuna salad and I loved every bite. Run, do not walk, to Rammys.“

This was also ordered to be delivered at 7:30 AM so they accommodated the early time for us - making all of our workers and drivers happy.“

“Chill little place. They know their demographic and location too to have very specific hours, prices are decent if ur looking for something to eat without it being a full course meal. I've had the caprese so far and while it was a little drippy it was good. Seems like you have to avoid the peak hours though because it will get packed so either show up at opening or near closing.“

“Every time I’ve been in the guy who is there is the same and I forget to ask his name but he’s not only very friendly but knowledgeable and ready to make suggestions every time. It’s as if he knows how intimidating making all the decisions to get a sub made. He suggests things such as my bread choice for the turkey sub I ordered and he said he loves the rosemary with it and he was right! It was delicious. “I stopped with my family for a quick bite to eat for lunch as we are passing through the Chicago area. The food was delicious, flavorful, high quality. The tuna, Italian and roast beef sandwiches were all a hit with my family. Quick drive off 294 with ample parking. Would definitely stop again!“

“This is literally the best Subway I've ever been to. Mike is the nicest guy who is always there when I visit. He always remembers my order and will never let me forget the side of giardinara that I always order for my husband. This location also accepts all coupons, regardless of expiration. The actual owner (whose name I forgot - I only met him once) is a very nice guy who explained that his focus is on excellent customer service. Really rare for a fast food franchise owner. Love this place and will go out of my way just for the great service!“

“Great lunch spot in downtown Wheaton for a quick bite. The sandwiches are a very good and generous sized. I really like the grinders and panini when I want a hot sandwich. Great service & staff! There is outdoor seating so we can bring our dog when the weather is nice. It can get crowded on weekends around lunchtime, especially in the warmer months.

Parking: Plenty of street parking is available if you can find a spot. During busy times in Wheaton, I recommend the free parking garage, it is centrally located and only minutes walk to any of the attractions. It is maybe a 2 minute walk to the deli.

Kid-friendliness: Kids love eating here! Lots of families visit Shane's because of the very kid friendly menu.“

“The place to go when you are shopping at Walmart if you ever get hungry, they have the best sandwiches in town. Are you especially like the subway melt which is ham, turkey, ham, bacon, and probably melted on it and then I had a lot of ingredients. I usually do it with multi Italian bread .“

My son was there today with his friends and he said “the food taste insanely good!” The place got renovated a few months ago so it is clean and updated! “Jersey Mike's -Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois. We are super picky about where we get sub sandwiches. Jersey Mike's fits the bill every time. Oakbrook Terrace is our favorite location because of Alicia. The food and smiles she serves is top notch. I'll add some photos in the future but for now, trust me the sandwiches are filled beautifully. Alicia runs the show here from top to bottom. I can't say enough about her fantastic presence. People have unlimited places to purchase sandwiches --- it really helps bring in customers when they can expect to see a long time employee there with such great energy.. “I've gone to this Subway location in the past. They're busy at lunchtime, it seems like they're even busier during the summer. Today they were short staffed, but they were also out of meat for the new italiano sandwiches? And then the guy ahead of me had 3 sandwiches that he needed made custom. How can someone come in at lunchtime and do that. Maybe next time call it in. I waited 15 min to my order in. And the one bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Corporate or the owner of this location can't get someone to fix the bathroom?“

“My visit was 10/4. Whatever team was working that day, you absolutely rock and management should acknowledge you! I ordered online and was super early. Walked in and sat down and the staff was already dealing with a long line. The lady at the counter went out of her way to come to my table and ask if I had a pickup which I said yes. She printed the ticket asap and the gentleman working the line hand delivered it to me! I’ve never had this service done at a JJ. “I eat here nearly 3x a week and this is the best Subway I’ve been to in the state and I used to work at a Subway. The two girls here are friendly and do such a great job. Every time I visit, the location is clean, the bread and cookies are fresh and not stale, and the portions are correct. I don’t understand some of the negative reviews, I’ve never had a single problem here. The other locations always fall short in one of these aspects or more.“
