“Coffee Chocolate Brownie: Historically I'm more of a Ben & Jerry's or Cedar Crest guy when it comes to "premium" pints. I've only ventured into the world of Häagen-Dazs a few times before and found it to be just okay. I gave them another chance as this pint was on-sale. The description sounded promising "classic coffee ice cream swirled with gooey brownies, rich espresso chocolate sauce, and delicious espresso chocolate chips". Opening the pint, I immediately spotted numerous large brownie pieces. As promised, there was also espresso chocolate sauce and chips. Personally, I thought these were some of the best ooey gooey brownie pieces I've encountered in an ice cream. Although it could use more of them, the espresso chocolate chips add a contrasting a satisfying crunch to the creamy ice cream. The coffee flavor of the ice cream is sweet and not at all bitter (so if you're not the biggest fan of black bitter coffee you will likely enjoy this). Lastly, like the espresso chips, the espresso chocolate sauce is great, but I wish it was more abundant. Coffee and brownies are a great flavor combination and Häagen-Dazs delivers with quality components in this pint. I wouldn't advise a pint of coffee ice cream for breakfast, but this one almost makes me want to re-evaluate that decision. Minor complaints aside, Doughboy approved. My Häagen-Dazs Favorites: 1. “The place is cozy and welcoming, the aroma inside is divine. We went in for a quick to go order of freshly baklava and there were so many varieties.Husband and I will definitely be back to enjoy more than the desserts. A perfect place for a coffee date.“

“I have been to Pantera Superfoods on multiple occasions for smoothie bowls. Their bowls are delicious and the owner is so kind. I am so excited to have this place in Edgebrook. I used to drive to Bucktown for smoothie bowls. Great option on the NW side for a healthy lunch.“

“Absolutely a treat to have this place in Glenview. They have a location off Glenview Road but are also in The Glenview Park Center and a Evanston location. Whether you are health conscious, have good allergies or just like to try different thing... the staff and owner is sooo informative. They know all about their ingredients and products. They have seasonal items too and holiday themed too. Love the Smoothies, he wide varieties of available bowl and oatmeal bowl, great soups with cheesy waffle is a must. The spinach waffle is awesome and the banana bread waffle is a must to try! Also great detox beverages! You can find fresh pressed juice as well. Worth the extra few dollars for truly high quality ingredients and superior service. They also have a strong wifi if you want to do some work or just hang out and play a game of connect or arcade game or read. This spot is a must to visit. They do dine in, take-put and delivery.“

“Food was very good. I ended up with chilaquiles (with chicken breast) and my friend got the pupusas and dobladas. Really solid, and I appreciate the subtle differences in flavors between the Guatamalan dishes and standard Mexican fare. However, only 4/5 because ordering (in English) was difficult. I tried to get grilled skirt steak and a green chicken enchilada (as a single item, listed that way on the menu) but what was originally brought out was 3 green chicken enchiladas. I explained the issue and thought it was clear but ended up getting brought the chilaquiles. My friend got his pupusas but the dobladas was not brought and had to be ordered again. The food was delicious and I'm not a picky eater so this wasn't a huge deal, but others that need to order a specific thing, in English, may have trouble. I will be back though, and I will brush up on my Spanish.“

The source organic chicken and fresh eggs from from Harrisons; bagels from Kauffman, different dairy and butter from Wagner Farm, pastries from Bennistons and etc. Truly a cool spot to read a book, work on your laptop or just sit with a friend and chat. It's definitely on the pricey side but it's in a popular part of Chicago so that's to be expected. I stopped by here after many runs I did during the 100 degrees weather weeks.. and the delicious smoothies were worth every sip! They can customize them to your liking if you want to swap out certain ingredients. Service was super friendly and recognized my sweaty face after my second visit which made me laugh. “Came here in the middle of the day during a weekday, so it was pretty empty. That also mean we got served very quickly. The store had a cute wall and seating along the wall, but no tables. So it might be a little awkward if you have a large group. The drinks were pretty good though, we got the brown sugar milk tea everything was decent. Definitely not the best boba I've had, but the pearls were decently chewy and the flavor was decently good. My friend enjoyed his smoothie as well. Overall a pretty solid boba place. I'd come back again.“

I’ve since moved out of state and it is hard to find a gym in my new location that meets my expectations after such an amazing experience at Focus. “Their Italian ice is the best we've tried by far. It's very flavorful, perfect texture and refreshing.So far I've tried strawberry, lemon, grape and lime. All are excellent. “Don’t let the name fool you. This place is as authentic as anything you’ll find on Argyle. They have all the usual dishes but come here to try something less common. I had the crab rangoon and liked their homemade version of this typical guilty pleasure dish. Then I had Bún Riêu which was light and flavorful. It’s attached to a Filipino grocery and seafood store, and some other Filipino and Asian food stalls, restaurants, and bakeries so there’s lots to explore and taste.“
