Family owned with friendly customer service. Stop in and explore all of their options! They have it all from freshly prepared Mexican hot food in the morning to tortas, paninis hot off the press, tamales, shakes, fresh squeezed juices, custom made juices with no limit on ingredients, homemade ice cream, sweets, candy, drinks, snacks, custom cakes, etc, etc! They also do private events. Best part is EVERYTHING IS FRESHLY MADE! Oh, did I mention they’re prices are very affordable too!“

“Slighly higher prices than the places we usually visit (Hansen's in Wilmot and Rusty Malts in Ringwood) We live in Fox Lake so Round Lake is a little closer than our usual stop for ice cream with the grandkids. That said, the grandkids loved La Michoacana! Incredibly colorful with a seemingly endless variety. The Ice cream was delicious and the service was wonderful! I highly recommend them if you're in the Round Lake area.“

Everything and I do mean everything is tasty and delicious! Little Bean has become a staple in our community. “Please do consider booking Sweet Home Gelato for your wedding! Each flavor offered is incredibly tasty. The pricing is extremely fair for catering and much more affordable compared to other vendors. My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. Please do consider supporting this small business that is run by good people!“

“Crumbl Cookie never disappoints! Every time I walk in, the store smells amazing and the staff is super friendly. Their cookies are always warm, soft, and full of flavor. I love that the menu changes every week because there’s always something new and exciting to try. The presentation is so cute, and the pink box makes it feel like a little treat every time.

My favorites so far are the chocolate chip and any of their seasonal flavors — they’re always perfectly baked and taste homemade. If you have a sweet tooth or just want to brighten your day, Crumbl is definitely the place to go! 🍪💗“

“Always a great treat whether I'm with the family or not and especially on a hot summer day/night, Cold Stone really hits the spot. But even when it gets cold out, still fun to go to even during a brutal Chicago area winter.This is probably the one ice cream parlor around compared to others that has a huge emphasis on toppings/creations which is definitely their strong point.Always a great selection of flavors between their regular year round and seasonal flavors, prices still seem reasonable although the high-end ice cream chain has never really been cheap and customer service remains consistently good in an always spiffy clean/sanitized atmosphere.CSC obviously does battle with competitors such as Oberweis up the road and Graeter's. When it comes to taste and quality, this place lives up to the price and my kids are well worth it anytime of the year.Only con (which doesn't drag down a 5⭐️ rating) about this place is the parking lot which can be greatly limited especially on wknd nights when nearby Giordano's gets packed. You may find yourself having to park east across the street from Starbucks and walking a bit of distance.“

“My 4 year old son loved it here!!! He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“1st time visiting this establishment. Very friendly and nostalgic atmosphere. Had their 1/3 burger and onion rings. It was fantastic!! Best burger I've had in a long time. Actually meaty and fresh not one of those frozen smash burgers. Can't wait for my next visit. Hope to try something new, if I can convince myself to skip the burgers. And did I mention very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!!“

“My vehicle broke down on the way to pick up the food we ordered. They called me when it took longer than the time we selected. And they redid part of our order so it was fresh. Really appreciate the people here. It was just a bad day and they really went out of their way to do something for us.“

“I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked in the food industry for 35 years.“

Typically we play it safe with the BOGO Double Butter Burger Deluxe burgers w/o bread but tonite we were feeling like a change of pace so I took a chance a called to what other GF options we had. Olivia was an absolute rock star and knew all the answers to my gluten free questions. She spoke to me on the phone and then assisted with my additional questions once I was onsite to order. A HUGE thanx to Olivia for her patience and expertise and to Culver’s for offering those with Celiac Disease options when they don’t feel like cooking and want a quick bite out!“
