“Our Agility Club RACE was Celebrating 20 years this weekend and we were not able to have our Ice Cream Social as Planned due to COVID-19, the owner/manager at this Dairy Queen worked with us to make it happen for our exhibitors. A very refreshing treat after a trial enjoyed by all. Thanks again for helping us out.“

“Best ice cream ever!!!! I am an ice cream snob when I’m on vacation. I have to have it every day and I walked miles to that ice cream parlor this week the owner and the boy Jake that worked there was such awesome people too. I will definitely be back. I went tonight because I’m leaving in the morning sorted caramel chunk.!!!! you will not be disappointed“

“Slighly higher prices than the places we usually visit (Hansen's in Wilmot and Rusty Malts in Ringwood) We live in Fox Lake so Round Lake is a little closer than our usual stop for ice cream with the grandkids. That said, the grandkids loved La Michoacana! Incredibly colorful with a seemingly endless variety. The Ice cream was delicious and the service was wonderful! I highly recommend them if you're in the Round Lake area.“

“We LOVE Little Bean! We are treated so well! Every week, our table is promptly reserved for our Bookclub. Our orders are delivered with a smile! Everything and I do mean everything is tasty and delicious! Little Bean has become a staple in our community. Doesn’t matter if you’re trying to get healthy and lose some pounds (like I did) or just simply trying to satisfy a guilty pleasure, they’ve got you covered! Family owned with friendly customer service. Stop in and explore all of their options! They have it all from freshly prepared Mexican hot food in the morning to tortas, paninis hot off the press, tamales, shakes, fresh squeezed juices, custom made juices with no limit on ingredients, homemade ice cream, sweets, candy, drinks, snacks, custom cakes, etc, etc! They also do private events. Best part is EVERYTHING IS FRESHLY MADE! Oh, did I mention they’re prices are very affordable too!“

“Was so sad when Yumz! in Crystal Lake shut down years back, and was happy there’s still a froyo place open in McHenry. When I first tried the flavors here a couple years ago, they were NOT it, gross, something was off and even my favorite flavor I didn’t like. Wasn’t going to come back, but I happened to be nextdoor today and thought might as well try it again, and I’m glad I did because the flavors are great this time around. Including my favorite flavor (cake batter- yum!). So whoever made the flavors for 2/19/25, good job. I will be frequenting now.“
