“Slighly higher prices than the places we usually visit (Hansen's in Wilmot and Rusty Malts in Ringwood) We live in Fox Lake so Round Lake is a little closer than our usual stop for ice cream with the grandkids. That said, the grandkids loved La Michoacana! Incredibly colorful with a seemingly endless variety. The Ice cream was delicious and the service was wonderful! I highly recommend them if you're in the Round Lake area.“

They have it all from freshly prepared Mexican hot food in the morning to tortas, paninis hot off the press, tamales, shakes, fresh squeezed juices, custom made juices with no limit on ingredients, homemade ice cream, sweets, candy, drinks, snacks, custom cakes, etc, etc! “My family of six ate at Culvers in McHenry on Tuesday, Dec 31 about 1:30. We were greeted with a pleasant hello. The lady who took our order got it right and was pleasant.Since were a group of 6, I figured it would take a little longer to get our order. That wasn't the case. Not only did the order come quickly, but is also accurate. That was wonderful! When we were nearing the end of our meal, a gentleman, (Jude, I believe) can around with free samples of the flavor of the day (Mint explosion). Never has that happened at Colvers to me in the many times I eat at different Culvers! What a nice touch! Upon leaving, we got a cheery Thank you, have a great day and happy new year. I wish I lived a little closer because Culvers in McHenry would definitely be my go to place. Thank you for good food and the kindness you all showed.“

“I've read the negative reviews and I'm not sure if those people were looking for something to complain about but, just because the person doesn't act a certain way, doesn't mean they have a bad attitude etc. My experience was easy and i liked it! I went in, got my cup, picked my yogurt and my toppings and paid. I wasn't expecting a cheerful person to welcome me in, when I dont think it's really necessary! I'm already welcomed in when I walk through the door. Just get what you need and get out! Thanks for the yogurt. Your doing good 👍“
