We stopped and order food- and then went back up to the window to order a few more times. The staff were very sweet and time efficient. Their creamsicle soft serve cone is to die for! My wedding was scheduled for August 8,2020. But due to Covid-19, we unfortunately had to cancel. Janice was extremely compassionate, understanding and flexible during the whole process. Sweet Home Gelato was the most compassionate and flexible vendor. It is not easy to cancel a wedding, unfortunately many vendors were not as accommodating. Janice immediately offered a refund, date change or gift card for the deposit. Sweet Home Gelato was under no circumstance required to issue a refund. “So this past June marked my very first time visiting a Crumbl Cookies. I guess I musta been living under rock (actually no) but apparently I misunderstood the concept behind the famed bakery.When I first walked in and browsed the menu, I was like "only 6 different types of cookies?" Well ok then, guess I'll try each one times 2. I eventually found out from my stepdaughter that there's a rotation each week which makes perfect sense.These cookies are outstanding: they stay soft, moist & flavorful for several days and the price which may seem high to some is definitely worth it. The ability to add on to the cookies is ideal as well.Customer service is down-to-earth friendly and helpful and as long as they keep baking that yummy goodness with consistency, I'll keep coming back for more.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. He said they were the BEST donuts he’s ever had! I had the cold brew with sweet cream which was solid.“

“Little Bean Coffee Company is a very nice and comforting place to have some coffee. I had a cold brew coffee with almond milk and French vanilla flavor. Which was perfection. Also had the Heartstopper Sammie on a croissant. Which was also so yummy.“

“By far our favorite neighborhood place to go! We are pretty close and take out often. The gyro and chicken gyro are phenomenal, along with the chicken Philly and burgers. I truly don't think we have had anything sub-par. But even better, is the price. Especially for the quality of the food, the price point keeps up coming back over and over.“

“We stopped by to try BR's version of the Mangonada. It looked very colorful and mouth watering. It's more of a smoothie than an ice cream, which explains why the guy looked at me weird when I asked for a spoon ?. So besides getting over the difference in consistency, it's Really Good! I started eating it with a spoon and then just gave up and stuck the straw in ?. It's a nice twist on the original Mangonada. I will definitely buy again!“

Fresh fruit, ice cream, elote, amazing drink flavors, and a friendly staff that makes you feel welcome every time. I’ve been to many Michoacanas, and this one has the best fresh fruit drinks I’ve had (agua de fruta is my favorite). I haven’t even had the chance to try everything yet, but if you’re at Gurnee Mills, you’ve got to stop by. Great people, great treats…can’t recommend them enough!“

“The lady at the counter made my mango milk boba tea in 54 seconds, the fastest service I’ve ever had anywhere that serves gelato or boba tea. She was super nice too, and the checkout only took seconds (this may sound like a given, but you’d be surprised how horrible some companies are with their cash registers). With how the good the service was, I’ll be back to try the rest of the menu!“

“I was very happy with the employees that worked there, but i gave it a one-star for the food. I was very disappointed in the twist cone I received. It was like eating whipped cream. Don't get me wrong, I like whipped cream but not as a cone. The reason why it was like this is because the machine wasn't calibrated correctly in the beginning, or they ran out of mix, and when they added more mix. And then the machine when out of calibration. I know this because I worked in the food industry for 35 years.“

“I just left this location. I think they said their names were Claudia and some thing else I can’t remember the other girls name but they’re amazing.!! I come here probably four times if not five times a week before work to get my coffee donuts sometimes a bagel and they are always fast and very lovely and easy to deal with in the morning.. I feel like in the last couple years. Customer service has went way down in the area but this Dunkin’ Donuts location. The girls that work early in the morning are awesome.“

“The donuts are fantastic but the place itself is gross. The floor is sticky and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in days. No napkins available and when we asked the staff said their boss hadn't ordered any paper goods or cleaning supplies in a while. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper, soap or paper towels either and was disgusting. I wonder if they even have soap in the kitchen to wash their hands. I don't think it's dramatic to say the health department should probably be called.“
