Because of that, I have started getting food to-go from here whenever I can. Be it through DD or in person ordering, they get it right EVERY time which sadly can’t be said very often anymore. They always make it a special night. we were greeted with anniversary hospitality by not only the hostess, but our server, 2 other servers and the chef! This truly made our night! “Their Butter Burgers have a unique and tasty quality. Though thin - like most fast food burgers - they appear to have a slightly larger diameter than Shake Shacks patty. Their fries are also crinkled. Their shakes are above average though not quite as thick as Shake Shack; especially enjoyed their unique mint chocolate chip shake.“

He also comped my bill for the purchase( which I did not expect). Nonetheless, the food came out great the second time. Thank you both for the fantastic customer service. “My friends with disabilities have been going since Week 1 and the owner wouldn't put the sound on for the Bears game. We have always had the sound for the Bears game on in that room. She said that is the Packers room. There is no signage saying what room it is. It should be the Chicago sports room because there's Chicago sports stuff everywhere.“

Christina was professional, friendly, and efficient. Danny gave great recommendations for his best omelette and was a true chef. This was our first time staying at the Schaumburg convention center hotel and we will be back and recommended to others. The SPH was a fabulous stock and we recommend you try the Gather Bar in the same facility as well. Great service.“
