“I was at this store at 12:40 pm on 9/19/25. A customer ahead of me was belligerent and extremely aggressive with the cashier (a young lady with long dark hair, register 0698).
I’d like to praise the cashier for how she handled this unhinged elderly woman. I was ready to call security after witnessing the way she screamed at the cashier. This woman immediately started in demanding the woman help her yet refused to provide the name of the book she was seeking. The cashier calmly offered to help- a number of times- and the woman kept screaming.
I finally stepped in and told the customer that she needed to stop. But she didn’t.

Again I just want to recognize how well this cashier handled a literal crazy person. I am sorry for how you were treated and I hope management sees this and recognizes you for your customer service.“

“I pretty much come here daily because it's close, and i'm so grateful that i'm close to a good location! The staff is always friendly, the line always moves fast. It's a small Drive thru so sometimes you worry the line is long, but the staff moves it so quickly! I'd say about 90% of the time the staff is super friendly and calls me by name and is kind and personable. My order is almost never wrong, and one time it was, they fixed it immediately and even offered me the incorrectly made beverage for a friend.“

“Nordstrom Ebar Coffee is located on the main floor directly outside Nordstrom. It’s a nice place to grab gourmet beverages, breakfast pastries, snacks and light packaged lunches. Service is always fast and friendly. Coffee drinks are always made correctly with fresh ground beans!There’s plenty of tables to sit and relax across from the Ebar so you don’t have to rush. It’s always kept neat and clean which is a definite plus!“
