When I called, he listened carefully, checked if the item was in stock, and after telling me his name, he assured me if I couldn't come before his shift was over, he'd let his coworker know about the issue and gave me their name too just in case. When I arrived, the exchange was very quick, and he even took the time to make sure the tumbler was functioning properly when I asked him despite it being a little busy. Service is always fast and friendly. Coffee drinks are always made correctly with fresh ground beans!There’s plenty of tables to sit and relax across from the Ebar so you don’t have to rush. It’s always kept neat and clean which is a definite plus!“
