“That place has real tea! In the real teapot. That alone deserved my undying gratitude. Food is amazing, flavored with unique spices that don't overwhelm your palate. I suppose taste could feel unusual for the people unfamiliar with Silk Road cuisine, but that's the beauty of places like that: you can expand your taste without actual travel.“

“I had high expectations from Planta, but it didn’t quite land for me. That said, it might have been because we got takeout, which can sometimes affect the overall experience.
The baos were absolutely amazing—definitely the highlight of the meal and something I’d go back for on their own. The sushi roll (I don’t remember the exact one) was fairly mid and didn’t stand out much.
The 1000-layer crispy potato dish was fine; I’m not a big potato fan, but my friends seemed to enjoy it more than I did.
Overall, it’s worth trying at least once, especially for the baos, but I didn’t fully love the experience.“

“Found this place by accident while driving by and decided to come in. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, vibes were great, and the food was incredible. I had the steak and shrimp bowl and my wife had steak and chicken. Also got the noodles. Definitely coming back!“

“The service was fantastic the day I was there 2/13/26. Ordered in person. Ordered rangoon, pot stickers, fried rice, chicken fried rice bowl (with specific vegetables only) side of noodles, extra side of fried rice and was all cooked great!! The order took about 10-12 minutes which is exactly what they said when I ordered it. Very nice staff. Would order again from this location.“

I got the small grilled orange chicken bowl with a side of pork dumplings - there was enough food for two meals, so I'll get to enjoy it again tomorrow. Everything was amazing - the rice, the grilled chicken, the salad and the dumplings! Will definitely order from here again.“

“Oh My Crab is a must-visit for any seafood lover! The food is absolutely delicious—the Cajun seafood boils are packed with flavor, and the garlic noodles are a standout. Everything from the snow crab to the shrimp is fresh and cooked to perfection.
Beyond the food, the service is excellent; the staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel right at home. The restaurant itself is impressively clean and well-maintained, including the facilities, which makes for a very comfortable dining environment. “the food is always incredible, perfectly light and filling at the same time! The crispy chicken aioli baowich always wins and the creative baonuts hit the sweet tooth without knocking it out. I cant recommend this place enough, amd so far I've only done delivery! huge soft spot for being the first bit of food I was able to keep down and enjoy on a very sick day. “Over 20 years ago I started eating at their original Lincoln Park location. Today, their delicious food keeps me coming back time after time. It helps that the restaurant is staffed by the nicest people in the world. When I call for pickup they know my order (lad nar with chicken and Japanese gyoza) and they have it ready in ten minutes. Ten minutes!“

“My husband and I stopped into NoodleBird while visiting Logan Square, and we’re so glad we did. Everything we ate and drank was absolutely delicious. The Pork & Ginger Dumplings, Charcoal Chicken, and Ginger Lemon & Turmeric Soda were all standouts and definitely worth ordering. I also loved the thoughtful detail of the owner’s grandparents’ photos on the bathroom doors. It was such a sweet, personal touch. We’re already looking forward to eating here again the next time we’re in Chicago.“

“This place is awesome! We went for a girls night and enjoyed the whole hotpot experience! The lamb is halal here, so we were happy to have a meat option. However, the veggie broth itself is so flavorful—having just veggies would have been just fine! By the end of the night we were drinking cups of the broth, because of how flavorful it was!! If you like spicy, definitely get the spicy broth! You won’t regret it. Appreciated how clean the place was—the staff were great about checking in and refilling the broth regularly! Will definitely be going back for more!!“

“Our Saturday lunch at Rice’N Bread was great. They have a tight menu of Korean and Western diner style food. We had the Buldak and Spicy Yang Nyum Chicken that were generous portions with rice and coleslaw and very tasty. Efficient service. Well priced. The washroom situation is a little different, walking through the tight kitchen. There is a liquor store next door for BYOB. A great find in the neighborhood. No frills, just good authentic food.“

“I was riding pass and saw this restaurant and decided to stop in… I was Not disappointed… the service and atmosphere was great and the food was even better. I tried the Korean Fried Chicken… Yangnyeom, Spicy and the Korean BBQ all flavors were excellent… I’ll definitely eat here again… Thanks“
