“Outstanding. Saw a post on Insta and happened to be cruising through Palatine so I decided to form my own opinion. I’m certainly glad I stopped. Everything was on point. Burger was so good. I’m not normally down with waffle fries but these were great. Nice and crispy and the seasoning wasn’t over powering. I also did the Oreo shake because why not! I will definitely be coming back cuz I’m curious how the chicken sandwich is. Seriously a great smash burger and worth the money imo. Staff was great, friendly and upbeat. “Just had the best experience eating at popeyes today with my son. staff was great, food was so fresh and delicious. I don't usually choose popeyes when i come out to eat, but I definitely will be coming back way more often! If you haven't tried their nuggets, do it now!“

“GrubHub left me hanging and cancelled my order without any meaningful explanation. Since I was still hungry and wanted dinner, I called the store directly. Boy am I glad I did! The manager took my call and commiserated with me a bit and suggested that I place my order directly with them via their website. Since I am just across the parking lot and can't leave my location (I was running out of time for my lunch), he graciously offered to run my order to me personally. JC showed up a matter of minutes later with my extremely tasty food and a smile!. I love their Lobster Bisque soup and mine was still nice and hot. Bonus... While on the website, I registered for the Cafe Zupas loyalty program and got a Free beverage! And, even though I have a discount on GH from my Amazon Prime account, my bill was nearly $8 cheaper! Overall, my experience today with Cafe Zupas Schaumburg has been stellar and I'll be ordering from them (directly, no more GrubHub) frequently and encouraging my coworkers and clients to do the same. Now where is that chocolate covered strawberry for my dessert. Yummy!“

“I visited Hangry Joe’s yesterday in Arlington Heights, and I have to say, their wings are some of the best I’ve had! I ordered the 18-piece wings, split between the mild dry rub and the Wild Zing wet sauce. Both were amazing! The wings were much bigger than what I’ve gotten at other places, super juicy, and full of flavor. The mild dry rub had the perfect amount of seasoning, and the Wild Zing sauce brought the right amount of heat without overpowering the taste. I personally liked the dry rub wings much better especially with their in-house special dip.

On top of that, the person behind the counter was really friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Great service and even better food, I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“Ordered food for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the 1/2lb jumbo shrimp and fries and loved every bit of it. Shrimp was lightly breaded and not greasy. The shrimp could have been cooked about 30 seconds longer but that’s just my personal preference and won’t stop me from going back. To make everything better, the restaurant was very clean and even the kitchen was from what I could see was as well which really made me happy. Overall great experience and will be back to get the catfish, wings and shrimp!!“

“Very good hot dog; they really grill it until it is hot. A "Shroomer" made as a grilled chicken sandwich is good. The burger is good and I have ended up getting a kid's meal last time so that I can try to eat less meat. I am more of a light weight person anyway. The inside of the restaurant could be renovated. They are still in the real old Kooker's building with the same old tile floor that Kooker's restaurant had when I was in high school. It is over 20 years later now. I have been willing to go back to Happy Burger to get meals. The people at the front desk are nice. I do admit, though, sometimes I end up getting a burger for $3 at fast food drive-throughs. Happy Burger (HB) burger tastes more like a fresh made juicy burger when compared to the McDonald's on the other side of the street. HB fries are not bad but could be better because when the HB fries come up and go into a bag, I have found they were a bit wet.Wet fries is a common imperfection with Chicago-style grills.“

“Addison A&W is always clean, even the tables are regularly washed. The food is tasty and well portioned. A highlight is the Mushroom Onion Melt, it had plenty of grilled onion and mushrooms with well melted Swiss. They serve the drinks in glass mugs in the dining room which makes a great cold drink with out needing ice. The Zero Sugar Root Beer is great.“

“I really wish that when you ask for a specific amount of Arby's Sauce that they don't just throw a boatload of every sauce they have in there. I end up throwing away 8+ packets of Horsey Sauce that no one in our house eats. not only is that bad on the landfill but it costs the owner. Let's face it,, what costs the owner ultimately costs the employees. if they are doing that to us every time think about how many people come through the drive thru in a day. so maybe 100 people have the same experience as we do, that's 800 wasted packets of Sauce a day, 5600 a week, 24,000 a month or 288,000 a year. That's just one location. Please think more responsibly.“

“I visited the Crystal Lake Culver’s on Saturday, May 24th, 2025. I am an avid fan of Culver’s and I have visited 35 locations in Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri and Kentucky. As a resident of Crystal Lake I visit this Culver’s very regularly. The food was excellent and the service was quick. “A good place to eat. Fast friendly service. Good quality food. My only complaint is the waffle fries are always served kind of cool as they naturally cool off quick because of their design, and there never seems to be any salt on them. The Chicken tenders are warm and tender. The Chicken Soup is my favorite thing here.“
