“I visited the Cary Jimmy John’s on Thursday, August 7th, 2025. This was my fourth visit to the Cary JJ’s following my last visit in July but I have always loved this chain of food. My sandwich was really good and it was easy picking it up after work where I just got to enjoy myself and nothing better than JJ’s to do so. “We came with a mobile order, we had to wait for about 5 ish minutes. They were super apologetic which was nice. After we got our food went home. When we checked the bag my bowl was missing. The best part of the visited and order were those chocolate chip cookies, man are those cookies good. WHO makes those cookies??? Those cookies tasted homemade and were fresh not doughy like some other cookie brands from other sub places.“

“I usually don't have any issues when ordering Jimmy John's but when i got it today, my veggie sandwich tasted gross. Idk but it tasted like the veggies and cheese weren't fresh. It also tasted like someone's hand who hadn't been washed for a while touched it. Again I usually don't have any issues but man did my sandwich taste awful“
