“This is my first time doing a review…. I just have to give recognition to both the server I had and the manger working at red lobster tonight. Let me start by saying, kudos to anyone who stayed in the building.

I waited almost one hour to get a table. Got my drinks and bread instantly and my server was quick to get our order in and kept saying sorry for the wait. My steak that was supposed to be medium came out almost well done and my lobster tail wasn’t not cooked all the way. A little ass backwards but my server made sure to take both items and told me a new plate would be out shortly. After about 15 minutes I get a new dinner. My steak is still over done and I am over it. My server apologized over and over, and said the manger would be out behind her. The manger apologized and recognized the kitchen was struggling and tried to make it right. I WILL return to red lobster even though I said I was sure if I would & I hope Kelsey and D take care of me because I see the type of workers they are and they need to be recognized for that. I hope red lobster can get it together. I don’t come often but I expect great food along with great service.“

“I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.“

“My pregnant fiancé was craving fried pickles & since they are a 5 min drive away from us we always choose silver 7s not only the good food but the welcoming atmosphere it was 3 mins until kitchen closed & we informed the waitress we can go find something else we didn’t want to be a bother she didn’t let us leave without a meal & was very reassuring that it was no big deal ! Even though I’m not a wine drinker, she took the time to explain the wines and menu in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming. Her recommendations were spot-on and really helped make the whole experience top-notch. If you’re in the area, I can’t recommend this place enough. “I just wanted to give a little shoutout to Dino at Route 66 MotorHeads Bar & Grill, Museum & Entertainment Complex. I’ve been here multiple times before without kids but this is the second time I’ve been here with my kids. The first time was a couple weeks ago when we were headed to a tournament in Chatham. The kids and I stopped for lunch before we headed there. My son has high functioning autism so he takes particular interest in classic cars. While we waited for our food he ventured outside to check out the classic cars and struck a conversation with Dino. After a bit, Dino told me how well mannered my son was and then told me son to always check to see if he was there next time we were in. My son felt like ROYALTY. Most people do not give my son the time of day because he he operates differently and struggles with social conversation. Dino didn’t care. As soon as we left my son said “WE HAVE TO COME BACK TO SEE DINO, I LOVE THIS PLACE” Fast forward to today, yet again another tournament in Jacksonville meant a surprise stop for my kids at Motorheads. My son didn’t even sit down to order his drink, he immediately looked for Dino. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there. We had the same waitress as last time and she remembered us. She told my son she would go double check to see if he was there but he wasn’t. 10 minutes later….Dino walks in with his daughter and greeted my son with excitement and told him he brought a different car this time so once he was done ordering his food he’ll show my son his SSR. My son was STOKED and so excited that he remembered him. He let my son sit in the SSR and showed him the engine and how it operates. He taught my son the ins and outs of his Vette the first time and the SSR this time. This lengthy post is just to say that Motorheads will always have a special place in our hearts because it’s the perfect place for families and they LOVE showing kids the hot rods. Specifically to Dino: Thank you for showing such special attention to a boy that just wants to learn but normally gets a cold shoulder. He’s curious and you noticed that immediately. Dino, you’re my son’s new hero and best friend (you don’t know that but you’re forced now 😂). You don’t know how much it means to me as a mom to see this for my son. We love and appreciate the hell out of you.“
