“Although we live almost two hours away from Springfield, IL, we do go there for shopping and medical appointments. Soooo....gotta grab some lunch somehwere...\n\n We have been to this Jersey Mike's location several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is upbeat, cheerful, and accurate in assembling the orders.\nThe property is reasonably clean, including the bathrooms.\n\nDuring the lunch rush hour they do lag a little in keeping the tables clean but I cannot justify dinging them for that.\n\nFor three adults our bill was $45, including a takeout jar of their fabulous hot pepper sauce.\n\nBy the way, we were at another eatery, a sit down establishment, and because of several circumstances, we chose to vacate those premises. So glad we did because with the speed of service at JM's, we could enjoy our selections without annoyance and our son got to work on time!“

“We love going to the Quiznos-Lawrence location. Every time we go, we try a new sammy from the menu, and we have yet to find a menu item that we haven’t loved.❤️ But the food isn’t the only reason we go to this store every time we are in Springfield… we go because the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful, and the shop is pristine in terms of cleanliness. My son always snags a cookie (and so does his father😉). Josh (the manager) runs a tight ship, and his guests LOVE him. Last time I was in, I spoke with an elderly couple that comes in at least 3x a week, because they love the brand… and they especially love Josh! Great work, Qteam Springfield!!“

“This isn't your typical campus sandwich shop; The owners also make up the staff here and they are friendly, efficient, and professional. Both times ordering here, the food came quickly and tasted great. In general, I get the impression that they run a tight ship here and the whole experience is just better and quicker than what I get at Subway. They advised me to download the app, which I did, and it works great; you can order ahead and you get a few rewards for signing up. Breakfast and a variety of drinks, including coffee, are offered here, and there is ample seating both indoor and out. It's really nice to have this on-campus.

“We can't thank today's lunch staff, enough, at this Jimmy John's location for coming in clutch for us today with a last minute order! We had some colleagues attending an offsite meeting on the other side of town from where our offices are located. We don't typically order business meals from food establishments out on the west side because of the distance from our office being out of standard delivery range. However, the organization hosting the meeting asked if we could provide lunch, and we ordered from a different west-side establishment several days in advance of the meeting. When they were well over an hour late with the delivery, very rude, and unhelpful in providing any explanation for the delay or information regarding when we could expect it to finally show up; we found this JJ location close by the meeting site, called them up and asked if they could whip up nearly 2 dozen sandwiches quickly. They were so helpful on such short notice, and definitely lived up to the freaky fast tagline! By the time the person I spoke to on the phone put the order in their system and processed our payment, the other staff members had the order nearly complete. We've never ordered from this Jimmy John's location before, as there's a location much closer to our offices, but if/when we ever need to order lunch for a meeting on the west side of Springfield, we will definitely use this location again! “The 2 stars are because the A/C wasn't working properly. I haven't been to this Subway in a while. The sandwich maker was very welcoming, and I ordered a footlong veggie. All the veggies were crisp and fresh. They no longer have the honey oat bread -- my favorite -- so I had cheese and herb bread which is good. I also had a drink.“

“Stopped on a bus trip, computer went down when we walked in...manager on staff handled the situation with calmness, encouraged her workers and lead with grace and strength. Everyone was served personally by her. When the 2nd bus showed up they remained calm and continued the excellent service! They were awesome and the food was delicious!! Five stars!!“
