“The Hardee's in Sullivan, IL is great. The staff there are friendly, professional and helpful. The food is good and warm. Sometimes they're busy in drive through, especially now during covid19, but they're trying to make sure your food is fresh and warm. Great job! I used to be Director of marketing and customer service and you usually only hear the negative comments wanted to be sure you heard your staff is doing an excellent job!!!“

“I am always absolutely blown away by this location. I’m here twice a week in the morning and have never had anything but PHENOMENAL service. All the staff are kind and helpful. It’s always kept extremely clean. There is such beautiful diversity as well among staff. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences in this Sullivan, IL McDonalds. I don’t know who owns this directly, but these people deserve a raise and an award for the restaurant. I love this place!!!“

“Super friendly service and the sandwich was full! There was no skimping on the meat (manager may not like the food costs..lol) and I was thankful because I was HUNGRY! I was shocked to have 2 meals ring up for over $32 though! Holy smokes. 1 footlong steak and cheese and 1 footlong sweet onion teriyaki, a chocolate milk (one gulp) and a bottle of tea and 2 bags of chips. Inflation is becoming an issue!!“
