I love this place because everything I order is made with carefully crafted flavors and texture—down to the salsa served on the side of burrito. It was homemade and fresh—not jarred. Burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, bacon, and more—ordered mine without potato. Smoky, not too spicy—YUM! BBQ was tender and tasty but chunky and not stringy—how delightful! Fries are always great and I must order every time I go. Chili had nice chunks of succulent turkey—you could see and taste the turkey. This place never disappoints and gets better every time I go.“

“Food is pretty good... some days are better than others.... but daily specials and large selection are awesome. Service is always good and the interior decor and atmosphere are cool... not too many young drunks, not too many old drunks... a good mix of mostly chill people. A millstadt staple now.“

“Really good but please if you go there just be aware the portions are insane. I’m not sure why any restaurant would have portions this large. The kids meals are like an adult meal and an adult meal would serve two adults. I just wish we had known that because we were visiting from out of town so could not bring home any leftovers. I felt absolutely terrible wasting so much food.“

Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

I did ask for my steak to be prepared Medium, instead my steak was uneven in temperature, to where part of the steak was medium and part of it was well-done. Food was fast. “We are huge fans of their pizza, salads and wings. Today I veered from my usual and ordered a reuben sandwich. I had an outrageously fabulous Ruben on the Jersey shore many years ago that was totally amazing. Sybergs was easily right behind that! I ordered extra kraut. The corned beef was not tender, but I ordered extra kraut, which was tender and so flavorful. The corned beef and kraut were layered like a lasagna. The sauce pushed it all over the top! Mmm...look forward to ordering it again!“

The entire staff on this day was friendly, and professional!!! Causing me to want to come in the future!!! I will also tell my family, and friends about my wonderful experience. “We always enjoy the food at Cracker Barrel. This past Saturday, we ate at the Shiloh, IL location. The service was terrible. Our waitress, Joya, stopped by our table to say she would be with us as soon as she finished with the table next to us. My husband & I knew what we wanted so when she took our order, we ordered our drinks and then told her we wanted an appetizer (loaded hashbrown tots) and we knew what we wanted for our meals. I ordered the cheesecake stuffed Pancakes and my husband ordered the steak & egg hashbrown casserole skillet meal. We got our drinks right away, and then waited about 20 minutes before she brought our meals out. When we asked about our appetizer, she said she was sorry and asked if we still wanted it. We said no. The skillet meal was missing the tomatoes & green onions on top and he was never asked if he wanted biscuits. She said she was sorry again and was "slacking in her duties". She brought out a tiny cup with about 3-4 pieces of tomato and a few pieces of onion. She still never offered biscuits. The couple next to us heard us talking about what we were missing & they got up & left before even getting their drinks. The couple behind us also had issues with items missing from their order because I saw them talking to her as she looked at her order book and then came back with food a few minutes later. We enjoy the food but may end up going to another location next time.“

“I do not recommend this place the first girl that waited on us today was nice. She was great asked us after 3 if she could check us out cause another girl was coming in we said yes. The other young lady asked my finance if he needed a beer and he said yes and we wanted a to go order also. That girl walked by us 3 times didn’t wait on us and threw her hair around like she didn’t give 2 shits.“
