“Ordered turkey white bean chili, bbq sand on brioche (both daily specials), rosemary jalapeño fries, breakfast burrito to share. I sampled all and absolutely delish! Each item tasted extraordinary. I love this place because everything I order is made with carefully crafted flavors and texture—down to the salsa served on the side of burrito. It was homemade and fresh—not jarred. Burrito stuffed with eggs, chorizo, bacon, and more—ordered mine without potato. Smoky, not too spicy—YUM! BBQ was tender and tasty but chunky and not stringy—how delightful! Fries are always great and I must order every time I go. Chili had nice chunks of succulent turkey—you could see and taste the turkey. This place never disappoints and gets better every time I go.“

“We came in for pasta night. Everything was fresh, MORE than enough food, a dessert was included and the atmosphere was top notch. We aren't drinkers so I can't speak to the taste of the cocktails but the glasses that passed our table were beautifully done, you can tell there is a lot of pride and skill that goes into the drink menu. We were greeted warmly by friendly faces and genuine smiles, the music was just the right level, I can't say enough wonderful things about our experience. We will definitely be returning!“

“My daughter and I ate at First Watch on January 25,2024, the food was good as always. So as we were leaving I went to pay and my daughter and granddaughter went to the car, my comes in and say mama I locked the keys in the car and my granddaughter is in there. She called O’Fallon police and so did one of the staff did as well. The police community service worker came out and tried unlocking the door for about 20 minutes, remind you my granddaughter is in there and it’s cold and raining. Next thing I know almost the whole staff came out and tried everything they can do because they seen we were out there for a long time. I finally got ahold of my insurance company and they sent someone out and they was able to unlock my door finally. Big shout out to the staff at First Watch for all your help, my daughter and I really appreciate you all ❤️“

“Had eggs, country fried steak, hash browns, toast and coffee. Gravy for the country fried steak was delicious. Other items were also tasty. Eggs perfectly cooked. Coffee was great. Service was prompt and staff friendly. Televisions on the wall so you can watch tv while eating. Couple next to me had an omelette and biscuits and gravy said they were delicious. Next time I’ll try their pancakes or French Toast.“

“Wow. I am a Reuben snob and loved their sandwich! It was so thick that I could not even finish it! The batter on the onion rings was very good. They were a little mushy inside, but still had a very good flavor.
On top of that, the people at the bar seemed to be having a great time. When I stopped in to pick up my order, there was a group singing Billy Joel's Piano Man and having a blast. I look forward to going back again and bringing my husband along so that we can enjoy it together!“

“Our monthly guy & gal get together was at Sybergs and more people arrived than expected. YEP, we always ask that everyone RSVP so we can make reservations. Anyway the staff was great and managed to get everyone seated at two tables for lunch and everyone seemed to enjoy one another company & we must've all enjoyed meals, I did, cuz there were no complaints. Too many orders to say who ordered what. We were all seated comfortably, Even late arrival. These were former Classmates & we didn't all go to same University but we stay in touch. Our Waiter was Charming with an A+ Customer Service attitude, as was the Hostess who seated us. There are alcoholic beverages available & TVs with sports programming all over the place. Great place to dine, plus it's spacious whether it's a group or individuals stopping by for sports updates & a drink or just a Coke and a Smile 😀 They are an Amiable Group. The food, wait staff and jukebox is what brings us back. Was there today with my son who’s disabled. He hates getting out of the house, but loves the jukebox. “This is your typical chain sports bar with a large variety of dishes. Our server Letty was very gracious and friendly. She was prompt with drinks and always had great timing without being clingy. She went out of her wait to take good care of us when we moved to the pool tables to play some games. The manager I have no idea who she was is severely lacking leadership training and berated our server in front of us. Letty had done nothing more than to try and make it possible for us to watch the hockey game on a nearby TV.“

Honestly, it was just a burger, but the crinkle fries were hot and crisp and salty, and the cheese curds were zesty and fresh. And I got a mini flavor of the day frozen custard, b/c apparently frozen custard is a big deal up here, and when in Rome… anyway it was scrumptious and I wanted to lick the cup clean.

Best part of this place was friendliness of staff. After being in Wisconsin and Chicago, it was nice to finally be in an area where people are nice and actually respond to you when you say something! Big difference between northern and southern Illinois. We felt like we were getting closer to home (Texas).“

“I stopped in while traveling from out of town. My waitress Kelly tonight was the perfect example of how a server should be. She was warm, comforting, personable, responsive, checked on me often and was so very sweet. She ensured that I was satisfied with everything. She really needs to be the standard that everyone else is held to! I couldn't thank her enough! The food was also excellent!“

Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“I went to Red Robin last night and I was not impressed. It's usually rather expensive but at least the food is good. I waited a while and my burger was room temperature. I got the last of the bag fries. Just little pieces of crunchy nothings. Which I would have just eaten anyway. But the big problem was everything was salty. My burger and my fries. Salty to the point that I couldn't eat it. I just bagged it up and took it home for the dog. I didn't season it at all. I'm not sure why they would be putting so much seasoning on their food. especially salt. it's rather annoying when you're paying almost $20 for a burger and you can't eat it. I didn't complain nor ask for my money back but now I wish I would have. I usually don't have a problem with them. Today was a really bad day though.“
