“Second time attending The Firefly. Food was not as good as our previous dining experience. Seasonal Risotto should be amended. I had butterscotch risotto the last time and it was a 5 star dish. They should offer 4 risottos, one for each season. Keep them all on the menu all year for variety. Still one of the best restaurants you will ever eat at.“

“Amazing! We found this on Google and the name caught our attention, but the menu really made us go. The Smoked Poboy is amazing. The pork is tender and juicy. The andouille is Smoky and spicy. The coleslaw is not over dressed. And the garlic herb cheese curds are good too. You do have to kind of take a flyer and drive around the trucker club to find them. And they did mention some indoor seating available.“
“Stopped for lunch on a road trip. Got seated very quickly. Came on Sunday during brunch so they have a different brunch menu. Service was prompt and friendly. Food came out quickly after we ordered and everything was delicious.Kid-friendliness: Weren’t offered a kids menu. Not sure if they have one.“
“We stopped and tried their tenderloin sandwich, fries, and a shake. The place was clean, and looked well maintained. The staff were not unpleasant, and our order was filled in a timely manner. Their prices are fair for this area.We loved the Tenderloin sandwiches. My wife got the regular, and I got a large. Not many places in this area have these available anymore, so we were happy to find a place that still has them. The fries were tasty, but a little too greasy. The shakes however were excellent. Overall, I'd recommend this place.“
“Mega Grill Restaurant in Effingham.I was there at midday for a quick lunch and was amazed. Cool location, delicious food and sports simulators for golf, baseball and co.The food was really tasty and really filling. Drinks were always refilled quickly. Pleasantly priced.But I found the 3 simulator cabins best. You can rent them and then play golf, baseball, basketball, football and more virtually.“
“Waitress was questionably 21, but very polite. Wings were phenomenal. I wore a Budweiser sweater but drank a Budlight and everybody was cool with it. There was a beer can on the ceiling super cool! I didn’t get to try #6 gambling chair though :(“

“Delicious! I came in here with the better half after a weekend at the lake house. People were real friendly. Tables chatting with other tables & the like. Michelle was our bartender. She was fast, funny, & knew everyone. The GM Angie (momma Angie) was a sweet as they come! We could have chatted with her all night. She sure knows how to cook a ribeye sandwich too. Beers were only $1 on Sunday. We opted for Mic Ultra for $2; can’t beat it. Make sure you try some of this woman’s cherry pie ? ? Whew ? Thanks for taking care of us. “We definitely enjoyed our time eating at TK Grille! There is an abundance of food options, and everything on the menu is worth trying. Most importantly, the amazing food quality and the top-notch service is the best in Effingham! Everyone working at the restaurant inside the hotel are super friendly! The ambiance is definitely a great highlight of this restaurant. Will definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone currently staying at the Holiday Inn of Effingham!“

“My family loves Culver's, it's consistent even from location to location. The burgers are above average and the onions and lettuce are always fresh and crunchy. This particular visit I had the cod sandwich, I was underwhelmed, but will be back for a burger anytime.“

“I came for a late lunch. Not many people in there , but server helped us right away and took our food order immediately. Food came out quick but not too quick. Fries were incredible. Nice seasoning on them and tasted real. Burger was awesome. Really cooked well high quality meat and a toasty bun. Very very good meal. Would recommend 10/10. Will be back if ever in toutopolis.“
