“I had a catered event on October 2nd. The food was excellent!! Especially the Italian beef and Mac and cheese. Went to drop off stuff snd decided to have lunch since we were there. The Reuben was to die for!! As was the beef sandwich. We also loved the fries. Thank you Jim for making the food for our 30th anniversary party . I would highly recommend using them for all of your catering needs. And if you are in Thorton, pick up lunch. You won’t regret it.“

“We have visited this restaurant several times before, but on Mother’s Day, we decided to dine upstairs and were pleasantly surprised. Wow, we were pleasantly surprised to see how beautifully decorated by the pictures on the wall, string lights and full bar. The area also allows for a ton of natural sunlight.“

“I've been a long time fan dating back to when they were in Calumet city. I've used them for catering several times with great success. always enjoy stopping in to grab something to eat as well. I do miss the bone-in pork chop sandwich but I can understand how selling that might be a bit of a liability. LOL all in all, the place never disappoints“

“At this very moment I am eating chicken tenders with honey mustard dip and fries from here and it is super good. I love their chicken tenders because they're not overly crispy or hard and the flavor is perfect. The honey mustard dip is really good. The fries also are cooked perfectly and they are perfectly salted.
The other day I had a cheeseburger from here along with their seasoned fries and again it was spot on. I really love this place. The service is great. Everyone I've had communication with here has been very nice. The prices are very reasonable for such good food. Cannot wait to try more of their menu items.“

“Just had my first experience at Ciao Bella, and was blown away by the delicious food! Best fettuccine alfredo I've ever had! The fresh baked bread is so yummy, house salad is fresh and delicious and filled with veggies! This is definitely our new favorite Italian restaurant!

They usually give my own lg salad bowl & are always very accommodating when I request that they add extra veggies such as pepperoncini, onions, tomato, etc to my lettuce since it's my meal. You can also order pasta with Marinara sauce.“

“I purchased 4 thin crust meatball pizzas on Goldbelly to be shipped from Illinois all the way to AZ. The pizzas were boxed and packaged beautifully and arrived still frozen. Now to the pizzas, generously topped with huge half meatballs- not the crumbled crap so many restaurants pull and your disappointed thinking where is the beef, I am sure I ordered meatballs not this.The sauce perfection, the crust perfect and lots of cheese. Everything a pizza should be and you just can’t get in AZ. Thank you for a job well done. “I grew up in Chicago, I can tell the difference between family owned and franchise. Lived in Arizona for 30 years trying to get the same pizza under the name. I moved back recently and there is another location closer that is not the same. I call now to order instead of door dash because they pick the closer location. If the family is not on the box you don’t have the real deal! That’s my take on it!“

“I ordered a medium, thin crust, sausage pizza. The pizza was ready earlier than estimated. The pizza was delicious, hot, and perfectly flavored. The sausage had fennel seeds in it. The sauce was mild and light. The only negative is the size of the pizza. The medium serves 16 square/triangle slices. The medium looks like a small.

The cashier was friendly and courteous. A person in the back, I assume was the owner, was courteous.

Parking: The restaurant is in a small strip mall area, so the lot is shared with other businesses. The main street is busy, but additional parking could be located in the area.“

Both are excellent. The Ruben is the best Ruben I have ever eaten in my entire life hands-down you must get! We also had a vanilla shake and the large sizes are ginormous . The food servings are very generous, everything is very shareable. They even have an area where you can grab a beer if you’d like. The restaurant has a large sitting area and there is a covered back patio. Service is excellent and the restaurant very clean. A great place to stop!“
