“I went to Tinley park Schoop’s for the 1st time just over a month ago and have been back weekly since. The food, service and cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The women who works there is great. The restaurant gets very crowded at lunch and the service was still outstanding. I will be a regular customer I have recommended to my family and friends.“

“Coke and root beer were out at the soda dispenser. I told the counter and asked if they could fill our cups from the drive thru machine. Was told that they were fixing the one on the floor in the restaurant and someone would bring us fresh pop to our table. This was weird, because there were 3-4 employees standing behind the counter doing nothing. Once someone finally brought us our beverage, we were half done with our meal. Simple issue made more complex due to a poor leadership decision.“

“This place is pretty much like every other portillo's only difference is the location, I came here during the morning and ordered the big Italian beef combo with extra gravy, now in my head I thought that meant they would baptize the sandwich, but no they only added gravy inside the sandwich only so it wasn't as good as I wanted to be and it was sorta dry (which was my fault for not knowing and not asking). My girlfriend got the chicken tenders and ended up not being able to finish them, they taste almost exactly like an air fried chicken tender which isn't as good as you think that sounds nor was it bad however I did enjoy the food“

“We have a Daily Queen in my town but, we make a point of going to this one. I love that they make dilly bars in house (most others get theirs from corporate) and their serving size is amazing. The store by us makes their ice cream servings (cones sundaes etc) half if not smaller than this location. I'll take a chance on things melting rather than go to our local store. (Sorry local store) ill try to remember to take a picture next time we go here. Keep up the amazing work!! Thank you! One thing, I do wish they were open earlier than 12:00 (noon) though. Seems kinda late to open but that's just my opinion“
