“As with any mcdonalds, orders can be wrong, or food can be substandard. With my order, I ordered both nuggets and strips. The nuggets were fresh and of good quality (for mcdonalds), the strips were not. Overcooked, extra oily, dry chicken, and only flavor was of old fryer oil. When brought up to the cashier, he got the lead/supervisor/manager (someone with the power to handle the problem), and she was immediately apologizing and after replacing with the same items, or substituting. Because of this, I decided on substituting for another cheaper (by about 30 cents) item, and she got it out to me extremely quickly. Overall, for the things I their control, 10/10 service, just some quality issues from cooking.“

When I drove up to cash out I noticed that the young women who was waiting on me had her mandated face mask pulled down under both her nose and mouth. To observe this was bothersome to me. I was a customer at around 2:30 p.m.“

“I feel like 5 stars is the only option for Dutch Bros. I’ve always been pleased with my order (other than once when my cup was cracked once). As a new location, they’ve done an excellent job at keeping up with the Edwardsville and surrounding area folks. Their employees always have a great vibe going on, and even when they’re backed up they handle orders pretty well! Coming from someone who works in the food and drinks industry —I am always willing to go back and support them. Definitely give them a try if not already!“

“So I normally don't write reviews, but I am a regular at this Scooter's location. I was there this morning to grab an iced coffee and a burrito before I head to Missouri for work. When I first got there, the line was long and I was at the very beginning of the entrance. However, the workers did an amazing job despite how busy it was. I got my order in under 10 minutes. They were very efficient and I think they all deserve a raise! This place always had my business and they will continue to keep having my business!! (*^‿^*)

“Maryville scooters is by far my favorite coffee shop I have had no issues great coffee the girls are always so friendly there's a certain girl there that just lightens up my day when I go to get my coffee she is so friendly and she always greets me with a smile which makes the rest of my evening so much better I wish I knew her name because I'd give her a very big praise“

“Staff is always polite and competent, even during the everyday lunchtime rush. Very few times have I been disappointed by this location. Only complaint is that they don't have knives. The grilled cheese is very big, so I ask for it to be cut in half. But that's just me. I just find it amusing that a chain restaurant does not provide its employees knives. Unless the staff does have knives, and they are simply playing a practical joke on me. So be it: 4 stars.“

“The BEST one in Glen/Ed area! The service is always on point. They know their customers damn near by order! I will go out of my way to come to this one because of the staff and the way they know how to execute my drink to perfection. They even take your orders like they want to be at work!! “I love this location everyone is so amazing and friendly they make you feel very welcoming. It’s only 1 person that I’m not a fan of and I believe on her tag it said her name is Sara. I don’t like how all of the other workers will be tied up busy doing something and she just stands there and watch. She’s not friendly. I sat and watched her while I waited in line stand over a worker while they were making a drink instead of coming over and taking my order. I don’t know if that was her way of rushing them but it just rubbed me off wrong and the way she talks to the workers in front of customers could be a little more nicer especially if they’re doing all the work as she stands there looking. Not to mention she can acknowledge the customers as well but overall I love this location keep up the great work.“

“I don't know what is going on orders.are often wrong lately. since the new hires I order for a client simple vanilla latte. they dont come.e with whip cream and they put it on. Mostly milk not sure where we the coffee is. we also add cinnamon docle sprinkles cost extra. sometimes it's there or they put something else that reads CF. usually they are on game but sad because we may have to change locations.“

“Pretty small and what they see me have available in the case at least. I'm not sure if this place just doesn't stock breakfast items or some of the foods I'm used to seeing in the case or they're just in the back and they don't have some kind of display for them. I'm not sure if the displays are real or if they're just a piece of plastic to represent what they actually have in the store. Plenty of staff and the area seemed clean enough“
