“The food is very delicious, it took them a long time to bring us the food, like more than 45 minutes, that's the only bad thing about this place. But in general I would recommend it.

“Thank you Tony and Young for sharing cheer every year for my birthday since 2006!! Every memory with you both has made my life better!! Teaching me how to clean my grill to how to make the best rice!!! You both have touched many lives and gave lake county excellent Golden Shrimp to teriyaki sauce!!! Every meal of Filet Mignon combination Golden Shrimp with a side order of Golden Shrimp has been perfect and the same for 17 years! I am glad you both get to rest and relax after the New Year!!!! I will miss you both moving to Dubuque, purchasing cups and plates makes me feel like I’m there even more!!! ❤️“

“Our first time to Primo was a special occasion as it was not only our anniversary but also our daughter was in town to visit and celebrate. Ryan V was our server and was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable and attentive! The menu is large, but don’t let that intimidate you! Ryan walked us through the app and entrees and we had everything from steak, to fish and pasta! ALL were delicious!! We will be back for sure, and highly recommend!“

“I just had to share how amazing the staff was at helping me out. It was the first time ordering online and I had unknownly put Wasabi in my bowl, which I had unfortunately believed to have been a bad bowl. I was able to communicate with the staff and they were so kind and were able to fix my bowl for me after coming out of work. Absolutely grateful to the staff and love the food, will definitely always comeback :)“

“First time coming here, and was not disappointed. The menu is filled with great options and always helps having my favorite beer on tap. Highly recommend their chicken bacon ranch wrap, absolutely delicious. The staff was very appreciative and friendly, highly recommend this place!“

“The food is very good. The staff is very friendly. Dawn, Missy, Lori are very good getting your order correct and are always available to assist any customer. The prices are very competitive and the menu has a good variety of tasty meals. Another plus is that it's never crowded and the ambient is very soothing. Thank you everyone!!“

“Love El Sarape. I've been coming here for nearly 10 years and have only had a couple mistakes on orders which is to be expected when different people are hired and quit over time. The food is a little expensive compared to some places but overall the food and service is great here.“

“I’ve had the steak on my initial visit, and it was not as high of quality as I expected for the price. Flavor was fine though. Not a fan of the calamari seasoning. The wedge salad is fabulous, and in fact his is my go to whenever I visit. The meatballs are also excellent, probably had a half dozen times, once was slightly undercooked, but have been perfect since. The specialty drinks are wonderful as well. Even though in a temporary structure, you’d be hard pressed to notice.“

“Called ahead a few hours to accommodate a party of 12.. everything went without a hitch..Extremely pleasant service and the food was OMG.. Delicious.. 5/5 ⭐️ one of the few Gems left in Waukegan. .. will definitely visit again.. Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality ❤️❤️❤️“
