“Visited this Potbelly store, loved the vintage ambience. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a few toppings like artichoke, shredded lettuce, pickles, cucumber, and mayo. The bread was very soft and well-stuffed. Overall, a price-worthy meal! ✌🏾“

“SAY WHAT!!!! THIS LOCATION IS OPEN 24/7!!!!!!! I'm definitely glad I stopped at this location tonight. I know with a store that is open 24/7 can be draining on employee's but that wasn't the case for my visit. I was greeted and taken care of
immediately. Wasu was first class throughout the whole process went above and beyond making sure he got everything I needed to my liking. I appreciate the conversation we also had. It was great knowing I just wasn't another transaction for them. Till next time!“
“Great Experience, The company I work for had an order for them for 16 people for lunch. Talked to Sam @ location about our order that would be coming to them online & he said he would personally take care of our order. Everybody loved their sandwiches & salads. Ordering online was very simple , easy to do & did not take that long to do. I will order from Which Wich again in the future. I will recommend them to freinds & associates. “I paid a visit to the Batavia location and was overwhelmed with all the choices! The staff was very friendly. The young lady that helped me said she has tried all of the sandwiches and was able to help make my decision. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!!!“

“First time trying Smitty’s, and everything was absolutely delicious! I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup, you can tell the soup was homemade and made with quality ingredients. The whole meal was fresh, flavorful, and comforting. You can really taste the care they put into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to anyone looking for a great local sandwich place.“
