“this Dunkin has such poor customer service. I watch the manager tell this kid that they couldn't make him something because the ovens were down for cleaning. As I sat there for at least 30 min, not one person went to the ovens to start cleaning them. this is not the only time I noticed stuff like this.“

I live now, in the Western suburbs, about 30 miles away from donuts, and there are no donut places out here that even want to compare with don't donuts. “Only tried the corndogs and they’re really good. If you’ve had KongDog don’t come here thinking you’ll get the exact same thing though. They don’t put sugar on the original one or drizzle sauce on top of the hot cheeto dog. Also, the potato one was just cut up wavy fries on the outside. They made the corndogs fresh though so all of them were nice and crisp but it took awhile for them to come out.“

“Came for breakfast. Greeted and sat at the table immediately upon arrival. There are sooo many options on the menu. Great selections. They also gave the small donuts which were so good! I had an omelette and fruit which was good. Food came out quickly. Nice size omelette. I recommend and would return.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“

“This is my Dunkin for sure. I always get my coffee extra extra and it always is perfect here no matter what size i get. I also LOVE my Charlie Drink and i am so THANKFUL this location also makes it perfect no matter the size.

For some reason other dunkins tend to miss the mark depending on the size and are not consistent with the flavor of the drink.

Staff is always friendly, this the cherry on top to get my morning started.

“Been coming here for years, but on Friday late afternoon shift seem bothered & when they don’t get the order right, instead of fixing the situation excuses & blame to the customer! The girl with the brown curly hair, back talk & had an attitude with me! She didn’t even make the order but wanted to put her 2 lousey cents on how it was my fault! Of course they didn’t fix my order or offer refund. Management needs to retrain the late noon shift, they seem lazy & high. Sad that it’s a constant problem. I prefer going in the mornings! “This is my favorite Dunkin and I go out of my way to go here. Sarah and Ihab are so nice and always remember my order. They even recognize my voice when I order and call me by name. Never have issues with my order being correct and they do a great job keeping this place clean inside and out. “The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!“

“We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from many people. Well, it was a winning. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we had an excellent feeling. “We stopped in for a quick breakfast yesterday. We get Dunkin's avocado toast quite a bit from other stores for a quick (animal free) breakfast. We know this isn't real homemade avocado toast but at $3 a slice it's not a bad buy. This particular location in Burr Ridge hooked us up. The avocado spread was quite generous and the citrus flavor was strong. Some people may not like that but I did! We got the sun dried tomatoes with the everything seasoning. The bread was a little under toasted but not really a problem. We also got a coffee and a couple refresher drinks which were all good. It was a great little breakfast and we didn't feel like garbage afterwards.

“I still remember my THAT first very early morning cup of coffee in 1987.
I was introduced to the place at Belmont and Clark in Chicago when they used to serve my favorite ONION donuts, and I was addicted to having it with plain cream cheese.
In time, I tried to upgrade to various high-end coffees, but unfortunately, those were not 'my cup of tea.'
Although they do not serve ONION doughnuts, I am still hooked on their taste of coffee. However, now I have changed my doughnut to be plain with vegetable cream cheese. Another great combo. Try it when you visit next time.“

“Overall a good Dunkin! The drink orders are always right and made correctly. My problem is with their sandwiches/ food. They’re usually burnt, stale, and harder than a rock.

Friendly staff, convenient location, things are good other than the food. Clean bathrooms too (rare for a Dunkin).“
