“Went there, they served our food accidentally to the wrong customer, they made us new meals and were very apologetic. Also, they gave us complimentary card for free entry each for the next visit. That was thoughtful of them, specially we waited longer than we had to given the mistake occurred.

“I love fried catfish but I don't want to fry fish in my house so I did an Internet search and found Catfish -Chicken-Sandwiches in Willowbrook. I will say that the gentleman behind the counter was very pleasant and informed me about an option to try fish and one different item for the same price of a large catfish dinner which is what I ordered. I will say that the fish was a beautiful golden brown and not full of oil so I know it was cooked at the correct temperature. The only thing I will say is that the fish breading needs salt and the fries too. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant for more fish and I'm looking for to trying other items from the menu.“

“Very good portillos.. this place can get very busy! But they churn out food quickly. I was surprised to see beer on the menu!

Food was good, hot; the person taking the order was very nice.

Refills are free, just go up to the pick up counter and ask (take off your lid and straw).“

“The place was a ghost town. I was the only one there. The only thing that changed about the peanut buster parfait was the price ( over $5.00 now ). The worker that was there was very pleasant. It does not have to be blistering hot outside to enjoy good ice cream.“

“Asked for "everything except no mayo" on my sandwich. Poor lady started by putting mayo on it (probably out of habit since most folks want mayo) before realizing her mistake - even before I did. She apologized profusely and had them remake me a sandwich. It was literally the most minor inconvenience in the world that cost me a whopping 2 minutes of added wait time, but they still snuck a free chocolate chip cookie in my bag. Completely unnecessary but much appreciated! Yay for people who actually care about their customers (even though, again, in this case, it barely even qualified as an inconvenience to me, lol). Also the sandwich was delicious!“

“I had the pleasure of stopping by this location today. I was immediately greeted upon entering by a very friendly voice, welcoming me in! The gentleman that took my order was extremely professional, and just overall did a great job. The food was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and I could tell that everyone that was working there enjoyed their jobs, they were in sync, 100%, an absolute well oiled machine, which comes from management and trickles down to the employees.
