“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“Firstly, they must have a new owner or chef. Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu.Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great.For a Friday night, the dine-in area was dead (and partially dark), but the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they can stick around long enough for a return visit.“

“I was there September 12 Friday night for my birthday with my nieces. Our dinner was outstanding. The food was delicious. The service was great. “Very good portillos.. this place can get very busy! But they churn out food quickly. I was surprised to see beer on the menu!

Food was good, hot; the person taking the order was very nice.

You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. “One of our party was in a wheelchair and the staff was very accommodating providing a suitable table, straw for drinking and spoons for cutlery. We were seated in a quiet location and were able to converse easily. Our appetizer special of roasted brussel sprouts was very tasty and easily shared by four. The entrees were very good and portions large enough for take home. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with excellent service.“

“We held a celebration of life for my brother here today. About 50 in attendance in the stylish, comfortable upstairs area. Despite the fact that I planned this from 400 miles away and without having ever seen the venue, it went off without a hitch due to Mr. David Candiotti and his staff. No surprises. Everything was as promised. The venue is extremely stylish and rustic. Food was delicious and plentiful as were the drinks. Service was fast, efficient and friendly thanks to Mona, Alberto and Olena. I've recently switched to a Keto based diet. Hard to come here for crepes with that sort of limitations. They managed to build a keto friendly no carb dish. But it was NOT on the menu.

My suggestion to them is to start offering 1 or 2 dedicated keto options and sides. Many people are on this diet and it is growing in popularity.

Stellar food as always. Top quality drinks too and great pairings. My spouse loved the apple crepe and the peach crepe.“

Fried chicken, sliced beef in au jus, fried fish, potatoe pancakes were tasty and worth the $17 lunch price. Waitress was on top with clearing my plate and filling my water glass. The ambiance was definitely old school and I was ok with it. Nice and old feel but the restrooms could use a remodel and the dining room carpet needs a deep cleaning.
