“No doubt the pizza’s are amazing but once we bring them home they do not taste good as we dine in at eat. Also, not only me but alot of people have noticed how rude the guy is who picks up the call. I am giving my order over the phone and he rushes me because he has someone coming in his restaurant. Next , I ask him couple of questions which he shows so much attitude. Third , I hate dining in this place . The guy keeps checking to see if we didn’t make the tables or floor messy. No kind of professionalism. We do not eat free . We pay for the pizza’s he should not show this type of etiquette“

“Firstly, they must have a new owner or chef. Their online menu is not offered, and they have a new menu.Don't be fooled by them being located in a hotel, the food was fantastic. I placed a to-go order and it came out quickly and 100% accurate. It was delicious, hot, and well proportioned. The sauce on one of the honey bourbon chicken sandwiches was great.For a Friday night, the dine-in area was dead (and partially dark), but the staff was friendly and welcoming.I would definitely eat here again. I just hope they can stick around long enough for a return visit.“

“Portillo’s delivered. The food was amazing from start to finish. The hot dogs were absolutely on point, full of flavor and done exactly how they should be. Everything we ordered came out fairly quick, fresh, and tasted great.
The overall experience really stood out, and a big part of that was Kenny, the leader on duty. He was friendly, professional, and clearly runs a tight ship. You can tell when a place is well led, and it shows in the service and the quality. Portillo’s is very lucky to have someone like him in a leadership role.
As a business owner, I respect places that do it right. This location did exactly that. I’d come back without hesitation and highly recommend it.“

I found this place online and read nothing but wonderful reviews about the food, and service. Located in downtown Westmont. Parking was so easy (right across the street), and from the moment we walked in we were treated like royalty. The manager Sergio greeted us with a huge smile, sat us, and told us a little about the restaurant. Our server Alysa was nothing short of amazing, knowledgeable, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We felt like family! All of the food is made in house, pastas, sauces, and even the wine and desserts! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and tell that every single person puts so much care into making sure every customer is happy. The whole experience was wonderful, and it’s so nice to see small (not chain restaurants) are thriving. It’s been a long time since we had an experience like this at a restaurant and we appreciate their hospitality! I think we found our new date night spot! We will be back!! OFTEN! “Recently celebrated a 70th birthday with the D'Alexander family. What a great event. The staff could not have been nicer, and attentive. You only thought you might need something at the table and it would appear out of no where. The food was all home made and you could tell made from traditional old recipes and a lot of love thrown in. You feel like you are in a small cafe in Italy. If you want a great Italian dining experience please take the time to enjoy Made In Italy, because my wife and I plan to go back.“

“I had a wonderful breakfast here early this morning around 6:20am, and I just wanted to say how great the experience was. Nancy was very nice, and everyone I interacted with was friendly. It honestly felt like one of those places where everybody knows everybody — a very homey, welcoming atmosphere.

The restaurant was extremely clean, including the bathrooms, which were well-lit and well-maintained. I’ve seen some negative reviews about the “rules,” but I didn’t have any issues at all. To me, they’re just letting you know clearly how they run things. If someone has a problem with authority, I guess they might take it the wrong way — but I personally had zero problems and thought everything was straightforward and respectful.

Overall, my visit was perfect. Great food, great people, and a really comfortable environment. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful morning!

We were seated in a quiet location and were able to converse easily. Our appetizer special of roasted brussel sprouts was very tasty and easily shared by four. “Went to pick up a sandwich next door at Firehouse, while waiting for it to be made I walked over to this MilkTea shop. First time having anything Boba, so I went in and had a few curious questions about the teas, drinks, extras ect. The cashier was super nice, answered all questions, I got the Chocolate Boba Milk Tea and I thought it was great. The tapioca was good too. The place is very clean, neat, the bar area was also tidy and well kept. I saw there was a screen off to the side where you can order in case there’s a bit of a line at the cashier which was nice. Will be coming back to get a smoothie or something different from the selections next time.“

“Bar and liquor store combo with a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a great selection of whiskey and beer.

We had our rehearsal dinner there, and it was exactly what we wanted. Very much our style. Saved us a bunch of money doing it there vs our other options. And the nice thing was that we were able to cater whatever food we wanted there.

We also got the spirits for our wedding through them. They had the best prices from everything we vetted, and we were able to return all the unopened bottles that were leftover after the event.

We even got a complimentary meal from the Executive Chef so he didn’t waste the plate after taking pictures of his new special. To say the food was amazing is an understatement. There were so many flavors and they all blended so dang well. They even had some unique beer option that we brought home. If your down in the Chicago area or willing to make the trip, it’s definitely worth it“
