“My favorite Outlet Mall- Pros- Talbots is my favorite, the ladies in this store are so helpful and friendly. They also have a great selection of my other favorite stores such as Tommy, Nautica, Ralph Lauren and many others. I never am disappointed. Cons- parking lot is terrible. They sell premium spots which steals parking from all the rest of the malls customers who can’t find a spot- never seen this in any other mall lots. Restrooms- down long isolated halls. Does not feel safe on slow days when there are not many other shoppers around.“

“Picked up my first order tonight. I had been told by others The Food is good. We ordered two burgers, large fry, and gyros. Was very happy with all. Quality ingredients, not chintzy with the onion, tomato. Great gyro sauce. Not a big Fry fan, but as they were out of mushrooms, onion rings, tater tots, etc we got the Fries. The Fries were surprisingly good. Friendly and efficient workers on phone and picking up our order.“

“Junior desrves some special recogntion. Great Store I go there daily. I most love their staff. Junior is very helpful, is willing to assist you and is very focused on the customer he is the best. Even when I go on weekends he is their ready to help. I watch him make every customer that comes in feel special. “Honestly great place. Me and my friends have been going to this place all of our childhood and into our new adult lives and the place has always without fail meet and sometimes exceeded our expectations. It’s always a great time when we visit and the food is bomb! Great portion size and taste. The food is always ready fast and they have a lot on their menu. 10/10 would recommend😌“

If your missing Chicago Fast Food on the go Flavors like Gyro’s Italian Beefs, Cheeseburgers, and yummy Chicken wings this is the place to go & its affordable! They have Special’s each day my favorite is the Gyro Sub shhh…it’s a secret menu item they make any sandwich special order and your food is always prepared fresh on the spot when you order nothing microwaved or sitting under any sort of heater waiting it made fresh to order only! “We were at Portillos Friday February 27 after our basketball game. My friends and I were celebrating my birthday. There was a minor accident in the parking lot so there was some chaos. The manager handled everything so well and even gave us a cake for my birthday. I am a Portillos stockholder and wish all managers were like this.“

“I wish I took pictures, but we ate everything so quickly… IT’S JUST SO GOOD! We had the Korean hotdogs, mochi donuts and boba coffee and milk tea. Every week they have different mochi donut flavors, try them all! For the Korean hotdogs, you choose your flavor, then if you want mozzarella/sausage, and a dipping sauce. Also, the actual location is cute and inviting with extra seating in the back. Highly recommend!“

“1st time trying this place in Des Plaines and I must say that the bumper fries, bumper chicago style hotdog, chicken tenders with the honey mustard sauce which was great paired together and the bumper burger was all amazing 😋 👌 Definitely a must try🙌 I also like that it's all Halal meat so it's never frozen always fresh ❤️“

“My 5 star review is entirely in part due to the customer service from Sam/ Phil. We arrived and explained to Sam that we previously had a negative experience but that it was a while ago and we hadn’t had a chance to come back sooner. But we were told to come in and explain that we spoke to Phil and we’d be taken care of. Sam went to the back so speak with Phil on the matter of course and when he returned he took complete care of us, no questions. It’s simple customer service like this that will have us coming back to this location time and time again. Thank you Sam, thank you Phil. We appreciate your great customer service.“

“I visited Five Guys with family to Oswego, IL location since the regular Naperville branch got closed. I need to admit the fact the Five Guys consistently maintain their quality and clean ambience however the most important thing is about Edgar S who gave us an excellent service starting from order with a pleasant greeting and we totally liked his professionalism and he seem to be a great asset to Five Guys and deserves a rise in his job which is clearly evident from his work ethics and customer etiquette.
