“I was missing my kids sandwich. Came back in. Ordered a coffee and a muffin for myself while I wait for it to get fixed. Manager took care of my coffee and muffin, and the wait wasn’t even long enough to fill my coffee cup. 10/10. Mistakes happen. They went above and beyond to make sure to fix it. I really appreciate all of the staff there. I hadn’t been to Panera in a few years. And the cashier was super friendly helping me through the menu.“

“We met my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters for lunch. My daughter-in-law arrived before us and said that Ethan had pulled together a table for our group, adjusted the blinds as it was warm in there and offered some broken cookies for the kids as they couldn't be sold. Another gentleman came and cleared some plates. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We enjoyed our lunch.“
