“Had to change my review after yesterday’s dinner that we got I got the super loop which in my opinion was super dry. They didn’t put the dressing and for the price. They only gave me two slices of meat, one of each ham and roast beef Which I think they forgot the turkey. My fiancé got a double cheeseburger we had bacon each bacon strip was $1.47 but yet it seemed like they just grab one bacon strip and cut it in half instead of giving lots of two whole strips the food used to be good here, but I don’t know for what reason they Started lacking“

“Nicky’s Hot Dog is a must-visit spot if you’re in the Hotel Central area for a business trip. I arrived around 11:00 am, and while foot traffic was light, parking was still scarce, possibly due to sharing with a neighboring business. The place is tiny and old, with no updates to the exterior or interior, but that’s not why you’re there. I skipped the namesake hot dog and went straight for the Italian beef sandwich.

They used to be cash-only, but now they accept major cards, which was a relief since I don’t carry cash. The workers are packed into the minuscule kitchen like sardines, but ordering is straightforward. Just tell the guy at the counter what you want, and he writes it down on paper. A couple of minutes later, your order is ready.

There’s nothing fancy about Nicky’s, so if that’s what you’re after, head to a major chain. I ordered a beef sandwich with fries and an RC Cola for around $14. The sandwich came wrapped in foil and paper, with the bottom half soaked in beef juice. The beef was perfect, the bread was soft, and the hot peppers were just right. The sandwich was delicious and paired perfectly with the golden fries and cola. I’m so glad these places still exist, and I have much respect for the workers who move at warp speed to handle the orders, especially as it got jam-packed as soon as I left.“

“I came in tonight and was excited because I’ve been craving a jrito crunch and have been for about 3 years and my buddy Carl told all his fb friends that owner is a previous franchisee of jrs and they have the chil ito which is this same xact indgredients (yes same chili and cheese and same chips as jrito everything was phenomenal came from Thornton which is about a half hour plus drive. So so worth the drive I refused to touch anything til I got home so I could enjoy that first bite. “Very good cheap/quick food. Their Greek chicken is always moist and not dry. Very delicious lemon sauce. The combo comes with 2 legs/thighs, basically 2 meals for me. Their rib tips was very tender. I also had their gyros, not the best tasting compared to other gyro places. So I would just recommend the chicken and rib tips. We get this almost every other week when we don't want to cook.“

We just left, service was that slow. The dining area was dirty, too, just not up to Portillos standards. We won't be back.“
