“The manager working at 4:30pm or so Saturday, May 6, 2023 was excellent! We called ahead and when we arrived there were 2 large parties seated and a few tables. After waiting about 15 minutes we asked the host how long it would be, were they short staffed etc. Unfortunately the host talked so quietly and did not seem to be able to answer our questions. When I asked for the manager she said they were short staffed and I would have been happy with just that. Instead, she had us seated in a few minutes and took care of us herself until our server was free. This was above and beyond in my opinion! Our server was also excellent! Highly recommend this Carrabba’s! I’m so sorry that I don’t remember names but both the manager and our server were excellent!“

“Rosemary and Olive in one word is DELICIOUS! Everyone in our party of 6 said this is the best Italian food in Indy. I had the spaghetti puttanesca and it was to die for. I couldn’t stop eating it even though halfway through I was full. Some other dishes at the table were the bolognese, ravioli and seafood pasta. Rave reviews from everyone. Absolutely delicious appetizers, desserts, and drinks. The service was great too! I can’t wait to come back!“

We started off with the cheesy potatoes and meatballs which were both killer. The potatoes in particular are a must, covered in broiled cheese they just slapped!

I had the baked rigatoni with a side of Italian sausage and would love to know where they source the sausages. Perfect spice, great snap on the bite.

The wine was fantastic and $10 for a healthy glass of Pinot? Yes please. Enjoyed and will be back.“

When I walked in to order a slice of cheese pizza and some garlic knots, what would typically be a routine and not-a-second-thought-given stop, turned out to be the highlight of my day and amazing food. Dan, the owner, immediately welcomed me and wanted to have a conversation. This was so refreshing compared to today’s service industry. Dan is a one man show and I was so impressed with the quality of his food. You can tell he takes pride in his food and his customer service. The food is freshly made to order and so delicious. “We came for lunch yesterday and the wait was 1 1/2 hours (Saturday before Mother’s Day) there were plenty of tables, just not enough servers, something I think all restaurants are suffering with right now. Olive Garden made the best decision in only seating what the wait staff could handle.. and because of that our server wasn’t overwhelmed or stressed and our service wasn’t compromised!! Kudos to the management for putting the employees who want to work first!! It was well worth the wait!! Servers keep up the good work!! Happy Mother’s Day!!“
