I like them better than a lot of the other places because they taste like classic donuts. And they do have some creative ones too. My favorite is the buttermilk. It taste like butter cake. And the apple field donut it taste like state fair vibes. The price point, you cannot beat! They are more affordable than your average donut spot. “Don't get me wrong we like Jack's Donuts, who wouldn't! Unfortunately though when we went for the 1st and only 2nd time, we felt very rushed through the pick out process. Was very hard to pick out. People behind and around you picking out theirs. We just had never been there before. So, we were hoping to actually try something we hadn't or even see what was in the case we would like. We couldn't do so at all. It was very frustrating and the teens working there very much push you to either know what your ordering or make you feel stupid for not knowing. Both times it was a very difficult situation. I honestly don't know if we will go back. It's terrible no one has patients or cares to treat people with good customer service or respect.
