A super nice woman from the store immediately called me to let me know and said she’d send a driver to personally deliver the forgotten tray of nuggets to our home in Brownsburg. “This is one of the only Checker’s/Rally’s that I’ve ever seen with an indoor seating and restrooms. It was a very nice change to be able to go inside and eat. The food tasted great and sometimes at fast food it’s hit or miss on if it’s made with any love and the food here was on point.

The manager asked several customers who was dining in if they needed anything and had a smile and acknowledged everybody after they were served. Def my go to for fresh Rally’s!“

“Shakes are a $1.99 on Sunday. They also have other food offers. This Hardees still have the food specials. My son and I went on Christmas Day, the Hardees in Plainfield IN. I went inside, was not greeted or told someone would be right with me. Probably stood there 10 minutes before I was helped, the drive thru was busy, I was the only customer at the register. I was going to get the chicken strips platter, had a coupon, the guy told me they were out of chicken strips, and handed the coupon back. I went back to my car to see what my son wanted, went back inside, probably stood there at least 15 minutes, ignored. I walked out, my son and I went back to the Hardees that is in Indianapolis, by interstate 465. Got us both the chicken strip platter, which is really good. I gave them 5 starts this morning, and will give them 5 stars this evening. Employees were friendly. To the Hardees in Plainfield, you have lost my business.“

It also happens to be our anniversary :) My family has attended for several years and will continue to make Valentine's Day at White Castle an annual tradition. The staff at the West Washington White Castle were so attentive and sweet! They make the experience worthwhile to drive farther to dine at this location. They even remembered us from last year. We plan to make this our preferred location for our Valentine's Day/Anniversary family date!“

Always be courteous and kind to the people that are messing with your food‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Because you never know what they may do and you are not going to see everything! I am not saying that this is ever okay. I have worked in several and know quite a bit of people that have worked in ff too and we all have seen some horrible things!!!! 🫣😡😢
It's extremely easy to add a little extra flavor that you would never ever have any clue about! 🤧💁‍♀️😮‍💨🚮😓 🤤💦🥴💨👣🩸🦷🫳👇🤮

These are Just to name a few that I can in emojis and I've seen it all and worse.😱🤦 They do NOT get paid nearly enough and it is extremely exhausting multi task and fast-paced and worse is u got to deal with a lot a lot of crappy attitudes!!!!
At this location Food is usually good, but service here seems to usually be pretty slow and kind of have sucky attitudes. And I mean just general manners or politeness that you would expect from any place that you are giving them YOUR money Never pleasant always want u to hurry, but they seldomly do... at least not to take your order, but they sure rush to get you out of there even if u r only customer lol with their fresh "again" fries. 😂😂😂 This is where fries sit out and if they're out more than 5 minutes or so then they are cold and soggy so they're just dropped down in the grease for a few seconds then not that bad they are now warm and crispy but if it's done two or three four times it's really nasty... I know they do this I worked in multiple fast food restaurants in just about every restaurant does it... That's why a lot of people ask for no salt on their fries which really makes them angry... never say thank you or you're welcome or have a nice day.I realize I can't ever keep people employed here. This place used to be booming but now there's hardly anybody there...“
