“My wife, Adriana Laurens Andrews, love Sea Turtle but they didnt have it at the Plainfield Girls Basketball Game but the next night the brought us two special containers of sea turtle even though they were not serving it that night. “It was a little busy on this Friday night, which was a little to be expected. Luckily, you can order ahead on the app and only wait a few moments once you get there.
The brownie batter cookie was also so gooey and delicious. I highly even recommend it the next day by warming it up. The Nutella cheesecake goes well with a nice glass of dry red wine. I recommend both of these.“

“Customer service needs work ,relative sent 2 boxes and the boxes for winter delivery was same as in store no rebox for protection, delivered on the sidewalk not on the porch , squirrels enjoyed them very much , when I called to tell my story your manager could not be bothered and blamed door dash and we should take it up with them !!! “The best cakes, like seriously, the BEST. Both locations are wonderful and have the kindest staff but tonight I happened to go to the Zionsville one. I promised my kiddos cake and almost had to go home empty handed due to timing but the staff made sure that didn’t happen, thank you so much! You guys made our night. I hardly ever leave reviews, but my family is so impressed by homemade that I have now left TWO. Everyone should give this place a chance. (Oh and the French Dip deserves a special mention!)“

In this day and age where you can't even get a stateside rep the people at BB were a breath of fresh air. The 2 vanilla strawberry and 2 vanilla cherry helped a bunch as well.“
“The tamales I had over the weekend were good!. They were well seasoned and moist. I put one in the microwave and it was still pretty tasty. They are also a nice size. The lady spoke no English but did use Google Translate to communicate. I didn't try anything else. Just a girl who loves tamales! Lol...“

“COOPER! Cooper was working when I went in, I wanted to try the flavor of the month but had questions as I have a peanut and tree nut allergy. he was ver kind, informative and, personable. He shared that he too had a peanut allergy. When it was time for me to get my ice cream made he went into the back and got new scoops and spades, as well as asked if I was getting mix ins so that way he could disinfect the mixing area. truly appreciated the service and the overall experience <3“

“This place is amazing! The cookies and cream with the waffle cone is delicious 😋. Also when I got the cone it wasn't wrapped with paper it was supported with a a white cone holder! I was honestly shocked that thing was invented. I honestly don't know why other ice cream parlors use those. Anyways to wrap it up this place is great, highly recommend!“

“I was wondering why my mobile ordering wasn’t going through, and I realized I made the mistake of selecting the wrong restaurant to pick up from (accidentally selected the 146th St. location). The manager at this location (King) was behind gracious to take my order and put a rush on the prep. Exemplary customer service and definitely will be back many more times in the future!“

“The only bad thing about Culvers is the one and only vegetarian option is absolutely disgusting. I gave the veggie burger a second chance, hoping maybe a different location would make it better, but I only proved that the veggie burger itself is the problem. However, service was stellar and the cheese curds were perfect as always. This location is a great spot and always quick to serve. I just with corporate would put more effort into vegetarian options! Maliyah delivered my food to my car and had such great customer service!“

“Great place so clean and fast service had the number 5 double with french fries and a drink around ten to eleven bucks when I went in the manger was hanging Christmas decorations and she was busy and the guy in the back jumped right on it and came and helped me food was made fresh definitely recommended.“

“We stopped in for some sundae’s. It was busy on a Saturday afternoon, but the staff did a great job of getting the orders out quickly. My hot fudge was applied a bit asymmetrically, but it was still fantastic. We will definitely stop in again when we are driving through Zionsville.“

“I gave the Assistant Manager, who also is the cake decorator, colors and the personality of my daughter and then free reign to create her cake. She did a fabulous job!! I would highly recommend using her talents when looking for a decorated ice cream cake. Thank you!!“
