“Did it online order first time DoorDash order in a different city wasn't sure where we were going. Received the wrong meal call the store the manager to care the whole situation replace it with a whole new meal very good service. Food was fantastic as normal. When we went into pick up our replacement meal later that day as a clean environment very nice employees the atmosphere was inviting to sit down and have a meal.“

“Ordered online and my sandwich was missing the avocado spread. I called and they immediately took responsibility and remade it, no hesitation. When I picked it up, it was ready, the guy was super kind and well spoken, and he even added extra avocado plus chips! I was this close 🤏🏻 to scraping the roof of my mouth off on a Subway sandwich, but Jimmy John’s came in clutch. Customer service absolutely outdid itself. ✨️“

“I needed to rewrite this review, I had a bad experience at this location with a single employee once. Long story short it got pretty heated and I don't believe my review is fair based on that one experience. After not ordering there for 2 months I come back. I've had to have ordered 25 or more sandwiches since then and my experience has been what I've come to expect of jimmy johns, good food great service. Now I will add this, I normally order during the day. The few times I ordered late my experience wasn't as good but nothing to write management about. It's a good place good food.“

“Costs way too much for a sandwich that is 85% bread, but they ARE delicious. They seem to have strayed away from any attempts to be "freaky fast" though. I used to go here on a break from work because of how fast it used to be to pull up, get a sandwich, and leave... But now it takes around the same time it does to go anywhere else. Bummer.“
