My recent visit was nothing short of exceptional, and that was largely due to the outstanding service provided by Dimitri! From the moment we were seated, he made us feel genuinely welcome with his warm demeanor and attentiveness.

Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our meal was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and had a friendly yet professional attitude that made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Our drinks were always full, the food arrived promptly, and he even checked in just the right amount--never intrusive, but always there when we needed something!!
His positive energy and commitment to great service created an atmosphere that made the meal even more special. It's rare to find a server who makes such a lasting impression, but Dimitri did just that! If you're dining at Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for him--you won't be disappointed!!

We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! It's truly a superb pizza and enough pizza to last 3 days. It's 8 pieces and I could only eat two of them. I know it's going to heat up great in the iron skillet and be good as new. When placing an order a real person answers the phone to take your order. You aren't forced to interact with AI. Honestly Artificial Intelligence and food should never mix and is a disgusting way to start a meal. I also ordered a salad which was pleasantly made up of crisp leafy greens (not iceberg). The homemade ranch is up there with the best ranch you'll ever eat with plenty leftover for the week. This spot deserves more stars than available on the ap. I don't know why the rating here is a 3.8. I had a superb experience and the food is top notch. I spent $26 and should get 4 meals, making it a fantastic value.“

“Once again Jack's pizza was delivered to our house. When I called to order Sandy answered my call and obviously my number was shown on the caller ID. She proceeded to repeat my last order and asked if I wanted the same thing. I stated we would like a large for this order but all the same toppings. She then proceeded to place the order and repeated the address. I agreed with what she had asked. She then gave me the price and I stated we would be paying cash. She then proceeded to tell me how long it would be to deliver. She stated an hour and half. I told her great we look forward to receiving our pizza. So less than an hour and half later our pizza was delivered by Sandy. So she is taking orders and the delivery person. Well our pizza was hot and the order was correct as always. oh and Sandy the awesome worker remembered we had two dogs and handed me two treats for the girls. Thank you Sandy and Jack's pizza!!!“

“Every time we eat at jets, we always get the barbecue chicken pizza, sometimes with the pineapple, but they are both wonderful and we get the detroit deep disvariation, and they are always very good, very filling. This time, we tossed in some breadsticks, which were really good and we enjoyed our meal immensely. Like a lot of bigger pizza places, the prices are always relatively expensive. And it can cost you a little bit to get one large pizza. Put some breadsticks l, and we got some wings. I forgot about that.The whole meal cost us about $60, I believe.“
