Dimitri went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our meal was perfect! He was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and had a friendly yet professional attitude that made the dining experience truly enjoyable. Our drinks were always full, the food arrived promptly, and he even checked in just the right amount--never intrusive, but always there when we needed something!!
His positive energy and commitment to great service created an atmosphere that made the meal even more special. It's rare to find a server who makes such a lasting impression, but Dimitri did just that! If you're dining at Olive Garden, I highly recommend asking for him--you won't be disappointed!!

“My husband and I were celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary. Our very first date was at OG, so we love to order from there on our day. We decided to try the new delivery option available on the website, and after waiting an hour and a half for Uber to try to get their act together, Uber canceled our order. I immediately called OG to explain what happened and to see what could be done. The GM, Nicole, was absolutely amazing! She was very upset that the delivery was messed up and did everything she could to find out what happened. She explained she was going to drive the order to us herself. She lived near our hotel and wanted to be sure we got dinner being it was already 9pm on a Saturday night. I was almost in tears. I then explained that she was saving our anniversary dinner. When she had our entire order remade, she packed a few extra goodies and included a little note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. This woman knows customer service! I encourage everyone to go to the 82nd St location in Indy.“

“I'd give them a five from the past because of previous visits. I just can't figure out why the kinsey deluxe pizza keeps getting made cheaper and cheaper. It's become a sorry example of what it use to be. There's very little toppings on the pizza. It has a deluxe price and no deluxe on the toppings .
So beware of this when you order.“

“Every time we eat at jets, we always get the barbecue chicken pizza, sometimes with the pineapple, but they are both wonderful and we get the detroit deep disvariation, and they are always very good, very filling. This time, we tossed in some breadsticks, which were really good and we enjoyed our meal immensely. Like a lot of bigger pizza places, the prices are always relatively expensive. And it can cost you a little bit to get one large pizza. Put some breadsticks l, and we got some wings. I forgot about that.The whole meal cost us about $60, I believe.“

It's truly a superb pizza and enough pizza to last 3 days. It's 8 pieces and I could only eat two of them. I know it's going to heat up great in the iron skillet and be good as new. When placing an order a real person answers the phone to take your order. You aren't forced to interact with AI. Honestly Artificial Intelligence and food should never mix and is a disgusting way to start a meal. I also ordered a salad which was pleasantly made up of crisp leafy greens (not iceberg). The homemade ranch is up there with the best ranch you'll ever eat with plenty leftover for the week. This spot deserves more stars than available on the ap. I don't know why the rating here is a 3.8. I had a superb experience and the food is top notch. I spent $26 and should get 4 meals, making it a fantastic value.“
