“This was my third visit to Slapfish at this location, and once again, the food was absolutely delicious. I went with my BFF and daughter, and since we arrived not long after they opened, we were able to enjoy the patio—bug-free, which was a huge plus! 😁

I had also placed a to-go order, and the staff was kind enough to let me know they’d prepare it fresh whenever I was ready. The service throughout our meal was excellent—the food came out quickly, everything was top quality, and our server checked in often to make sure we were taken care of.

When it was time to leave, I let them know I was ready for my to-go order, and they had it ready in no time (so fast I wasn’t even ready to go yet!). The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

The standard to Eat to Live, it's there, and you can taste it and feel it. The buttered cabbage...it's just great. I don't know what kind of butter they use or what they put in it, but it's 🔥🔥🔥🔥. I always get two because it's nothing like it, lol. I also got the Grilled BBQ Salmon burger, chefs, kiss cause, WHAT, LOL!!! So freaking good, like I can't even express how happy I am that they are back open. The cabbage alone will keep me coming back. I'm just excited. “Always a positive experience here. Food is equivalent to steakhouses that are double the cost. Their golden beet salad is awesome, wife got Chilean sea bass, also awesome. I can't seem to get away from the filet which is as good as the downtown steak houses. Desert shots are perfect. Our favorite restaurant, hands down!“

“A bit disappointed. I've been here severance times and they're really good, but always messing up something.
First time, no problems.
Second time, my food was good but they messed up my friend's order.
Third time was good.
This time I used Uber Eats and the driver has issues then the Styrofoam was melted because the food was so hot. They should probably look into paper or bamboo packaging.
I ordered frog legs, fried chicken and perch. The food again is good, great price and everything, but if they tighten up service, they could really be dangerous.
Kaplingers on the other hand is a strong competitor.“

“Our daughter from out of state was in town for a few days. Several times she mentioned the wonderful omelet she had had at Grindstone on her last visit. After a few more drops of “Grindstone”, we decided to head downtown for the best omelet we’ve ever had on Sunday. The Public House Omelet is THE best and most of our party ordered it. Yum.“
